Ron saved me again. On my recent and perfect fix he did on a Dell XPS8930 I somehow managed to crash it after 3 days and he fixed at again in perfect fashion. I then bought a used laptop for my wife and it also runs like new. On both occasions he installed a basic Windows 10. The beauty of this is there is no bloatware and the systems run faster and much better than OEM setups. If you're in the market for a pc fix this is your guy. If and when I decide on a new PC Ron will build it for me. The other nice thing is supporting a local business. Highly recommended.

It was my lucky day that I found this business after my old computer repair man closed his shop.
This is one of those business's that you say after your first visit "I will never go anywhere else".
The owner is extremely knowledgeable and service is fast and reasonable, what a winning combination :)
But what also impressed me was the genuine kindness in the shop.
It is a quality that can't be faked.
What a happy place to visit.

2. Clearly explain what is wrong and how they will fix it.
3. They didn't change the price - everything stayed the way it was originally agreed.

My computer was hacked and my bank referred to RST to have my computer stripped. I was never so pleased as when I spoke to Rebecca. I was able to take my computer to RST immeduately and, have work done and picked ot up the same day. Plus they added extra security to prevent this from happening. Rebecca always takes good care of all our computer issues. She’s very responsive and extremely easy to work with. She explains things in terms even us “non-computer”people understand.

They are all very knowledgeable and have taken care of technical problems with my computer from states away, being able to get into my computer and work on it and not even have it there with them. I would recommend their services to anyone who may be having technical problems or just wanting to learn about computers or which one to buy.

Have dealt with RST for 23 years for business and personal computers. The small staff is very knowledgeable with problems that happen in this technological world we live in today.
