Have i just been scammed?

Terrible service and false advertising. The delivery timeframe was listed as 14 days when I bought the watch, only to be moved to 21 days after payment. Over 4 weeks later, I still have nothing. I emailed them three times without a single reply. I've now had to involve my bank to try and get a refund for this expensive item as i am out of pocket big time. The price of watch was good at the time, but as i have not had deliver, and communication has stopped completely, I am now thinking that i have just been scammed?

Total scam

Total scam. I ordered a watch advertised with a 14-day delivery window. It has now been many weeks without any sign of the watch, any update, or a refund. I have reached out via email multiple times and have been met with complete silence. Terrible service and terrible communication.
