AVOID. Received pair of trousers that were supposed to be "Military Grade". Such poor quality you could see through them. Packaging poor and damaged.
6 emails sent so far and all I get of this company is excuses and discount coupons, which obviously I don't want.
Still In process of trying to get my money back.

I purchased a pair of trousers got delivered 3 weeks later. Ordered Large they came XXXL miles to big asked for a refund .There said can’t return until I get a return number. Had to go on line fill out a return form to get a number. 2 weeks later still waiting for a return number. 20 emails later was offered a 50% refund. So I thought 50% is better than nothing. Still waiting I email and just get the same auto response. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

I am extremly disappointed by your service as I was not expecting this at all. I bought a watch from you and got promise of 3 months warranty. In a very first week, the outer ring if the watch fell down somewhere. First disappointment!

I contacted you and got promise that I will get the spare but need to wait a month. When I contacted in a month time, I was surprised when I was asked to provide pics again. Again disappointment as I got clue that nothing happend in last one month.

So I sent pics again more than a week ago and did not get any response so far!

I spent a good amount of money and got crap in response. I kindly request to provide me spare as soon as possible or refund my money back. I still have good hopes!

However, if we are in a situation where you have made money and you don't care whatever happening afterwards then make it clear to me as well so that I can avoid writing unnecessarily to you.
