CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AND THEN DECLINED THE SALE
On the 12th of September 2024 I made a purchase on line from Royal Selangor. The sale for £154.00 was charged to my account and immediately afterwards the Royal Selangor website flashed a message in red saying "this express sale has been declined". Not knowing what this message meant I went to my bank and saw that Royal Selangor had reserved the sum of £154.00 from my account making it unavailable for me to use. I have received several emails from LIZA PARKIANATHAN at Royal Selangor who told me that they could not refund the money and that I should make the purchase again. Now, why would I do that since I already paid for the goods??? Could this be some kind of scam? What is Royal Selangor trying to pull? Why has this gone on for 8 days now?

Damaged Reputation!!?
Quality has deteriorated as all previous bases to Marvel figurine's were solid bonded porcelain - now since buying Wolverine (Hulk 181) figurine - it has a hollow base which cheapens the once highly regarded reputation of Royal Selangor;I have a near complete range of Royal Selangor LOTRS and extensive Marvel/DC. Extremely disappointed - have contacted Royal Selangor to no avail. !!!
