Very poor service in the Royals name

WE purchased a park bench along with with items for public use in Bushy park, It was in memory of our dear mother. numerous times we had to inform them of damage made to it.
We as a family visited my mums bench on numerous times and anniversaries. The last time we attended for a special anniversary, The bench was missing, obviously upset we contacted the parks, we emailed and received hardly information. waiting weeks for a reply email, that had very little information. Then we were told it had been removed due to its deterioration which was not that obvious. WE sent more e mails and eventually theirs stopped. This whole episode was very upsetting. Never did we hear an apology for its removal. As we see from other reviews nobody is happy with the service that carries the Royal title. I am now going to write to the king to inform him of the poor quality team and ask him to read these reviews that carry his title. very poor service.

No prior notice and time for nicer place to be.

No prior notice for closure of Chester Gate (and other entrances) at Regent's Park further walking for those with mobility issues also toilet closed for "essential maintenance" why not do in close season (quieter), sign for 300 yards to nearest, more struggle with bad condition of feet/legs. Not pleasant: Regent's Park haven for smokers and druggies, about time, like Paris for example, banned in parks, other public venues.

Year after year the same issues

Year after year the same issues. But no one gives a toss. Till this date, I am still not sure who actually stands behind BST. Is this AEG, the Royal Parks? Both? Either way, no one cares as long as the revenues are coming! My biggest issue, for years, is that you tolerate (again I cannot stress this often enough) year after year the sound issues - screens and sound out of sync. People pay premium prices but get a poor return. Nothing you would ever seen when going to the O2 or Wembley etc. Also, your BST app is not well designed and getting access to Ticketmaster tickets usually a nightmare!
