My order #1735 of a teak park bench is really well put together and excellent value for the price. The customer service and delivery teams were really helpful.

I bought two Lutyens benches separately (orders no 1921 and 2034). The quality is excellent. Everything was delivered complete, undamaged and well within the specified time. Assembly is straightforward and not time-consuming. I gave them three coats of teak oil. They look delightful and lift the whole garden. The price was very reasonable too. Thanks to all concerned.

We ordered two Lutyens benches to sit at the front of our house either side of the front door...we are absolutely delighted. They had sold out but received a lovely message from Royal Finesse to say they were back in stock - delivery was prompt and well organised. The stylish table and chairs are really well made and very sturdy so I expect them to last. The clever foldaway sections make the table even more versatile. I ordered the assembly service and this was carried out very quickly and efficiently with all packaging taken away so we could enjoy our new table immediately. Order number 1870

The furniture is really very good indeed. But the overall experience loses a star as the delivery company RF uses is not good. Our first delivery was missing over 50% of the order. Even a second delivery left items outstanding. The RF support team were well intentioned, but need to be much firmer with their delivery firm. This was with order 1739.

The furniture was delivered and assembled promptly and efficiently. Excellent quality and certainly added class to our patio.

We had been looking for some high-quality teak benches for an award-winning garden set in a historic landscape. We wanted well-made benches that will last several seasons, look good, and be comfortable for our visitors. The three benches we received were of excellent quality and met all our specific requirements, with dowelled construction, rather than screws, and a good oiled finish. Royal Finesse were great value, swift delivery and great communication.

Really impressed with the design and quality of Royal Finesse’s ex-display Wave bench. The solid teak construction will last for years. It’s such good value with no noticeable marks despite being ex-display. The service over the phone and delivery was efficient and friendly. If you’re thinking of making a purchase go ahead!

I received my Wave ex demo bench very quickly, even before the expected date.
As it was ex demo I obviously did not expect it to be perfect, there was a screw missing and a loose piece of wood and a slightly grazed arm. I put in a new screw, a Little bit of 'no more nails' and about 20 seconds of rubbing with a fine sandpaper on the arm and now it looks like new. I am very very pleased with it. When I need any more new furniture this is the company that I will go to first. Both of the people that I spoke to on the telephone were very very helpful.

My husband is absolutely thrilled with his teak bench which I bought for his 70th birthday. He has sat, reading his book, positioned between two rose beds and drinking an afternoon cuppa, blissful.
