One of the chairs was damaged when we opened it.
However within 24 hours of writing this review I was called by a representative if the company apologising and offering a full replacement if the item.
Everyone makes mistakes, not necessarily of their own doing, but to me the way this was dealt with and the speed is what maters.
So overall great service. And I would shop with them again.

Quality made hardwood table and four chairs.
I must admit to being worried when, after purchasing, I found that the registered address of the company is a faceless firm of chartered accountants, and that no showroom exists (or is not easy to find).
I needn't have worried.
The items were delivered on time and as promised, and now look wonderful on our patio.
Two coats of teak oil have been brush-applied for protection, and this has given the wood a gorgeous rich colour and slight sheen.

The planters and the Lutyens style teak bench are beautiful. High quality construction, easily assembled and a real joy to see in the new pergola.

Following the delivery of our new teak table, chairs and parasol I noticed that one of the teak struts on the parasol had a deep knot which would have weakened the structure over time. I called Matthew at Royal Finesse and sent him picture of the problem Without question he arranged a new parasol to be sent over within a couple of days. The replacement one arrived in perfect condition. If only all companies had this level of customer service! Hats off to Matthew and his company!!!

We researched all the Teak Garden Furniture Sets available in the UK. The Royal Finesse tables were both thicker and 100mm wider than those of their competitors. They are the best available.
Communication was fantastic from both the company and their delivery agents. We purchased the 8 seater rectangular table with 8 chairs. We were contacted the same day by both the Royal Finesse and the delivery company. We took delivery within days of ordering and are super pleased with our furniture. Customer service is second to none. Thank you.

Very good service, both delivery and customer. Prompt and effective. We had to exchange a chair as it was damaged and it was extremely fast and easy.

Bought a 120-170cm extendable teak garden table and six chairs. It certainly wasn’t cheap, but was very reasonable compared with other teak sets I looked at.
The quality is excellent - the table, although heavy, extends very neatly and easily, and the chairs are comfortable, sturdy and smoothly sanded, all ready for a coat or two of teak oil. Everything’s fixed with dowels rather than screws so these won’t get rust marks at the joints. I get the impression they are going to last a very long time.
All in all, very impressed with the goods.

Although the delivery (a few days after ordering) was planned for 7pm, the two delivery guys didn’t arrive until after 11pm, but did ring me first to be sure they were OK to come.
