Terrible customer service.

I needed to complete my flora Danica dinner service and customer service were very rude and now don’t reply to any emails or phone calls.

Third message: Please, confirm the adress to the delivery company! They are waiting for your confirmation!
I have written you already twice, I am receiving messages from the delivery company, they can't deliver the parcel because the adress you gave them is not complete!

The answer from Royal Copenhagen: Thank you for your mail.
I am sorry to hear that the delivery of your order has been delayed.
Please contact the GLS Customer Service in Italy and provide the address information they need.

This is unbelievable! The customer service of Royal Copenhagen doesn't know that the delivery company is not able to accept any delivery information from the recipient, but only from the sender? It is just unlegal for any delivery company to change the adress information without sender's approval.

Dear Royal Copenhagen, if to resolve problems with deliveries is not the responsability of your customer service and online shop, who is respondable for this? The delivery is still didn't complete and the parcel was sent back. Who has the responsability in your company to communicate with the delivery company in case Royal Copenhagen provided wrong adress?

Warning. It's a scam. If you order from outside an EU country beware that you will be charged custom fees eventhough they make the webpage appear that you order in your home country. Strange for a "luxury" brand to operate that way. They have also outsourced their customer service to some below par business.

We have been delighted with the Star Fluted Christmas china since it was first introduced and each new purchase adds to our delight for the family gathering through Advent and Christmas. The service provided by Royal Copenhagen is always 1st class.

I ordered a Christmas year plate (curiously for a birthday present because it carries the year) from the Royal Copenhagen website. Despite a warning that there could be a delay due to IT upgrading, the plate arrived very quickly. It was well wrapped and arrived in one piece. There was friendly follow-up by one of your staff. Only thing is the 'birthday girl' has not told us whether she likes it yet!

I was impressed with email responses to my queries.Delivery is very prompt and all arrived as ordered.
One small issue was the site would not allow me to order the quantity I wanted. This is where the email response was very good but high lighted the need to update their stock available on the computer.

I ordered the small plates of the year from Royal Copenhagen website. Delivery was timely and packaging adequate. The price, including delivery, was slightly lower than from a local retailer. Excellent experience

I did a very simple purchase so I can't state a very deep judgement on the service and the copnay, but for my simple experience I had no issues and nothing to compalin

I ordered a 2014 Christmas plate in honor of the birth year of my 1st grandchild. When I filled in the automated order form I forgot to check off my correct state in the U.S. and Alabama (being an A) was the automatic state listed. I emailed the company to ask them to correct the order address and they emailed me right away and corrected the address. I really appreciated this attention to detail and quick response since it was being shipped from Europe and it was a Christmas present. Fast shipping too! Thank you! Love these dishes.

I truly think that Royal Copenhagen is a trademark and a company that can be trusted in any sense. Everytime I buy anything from them, me and my relatives are fully satisfied with the quality of product and the delivery.

Enjoyed the 10% discount for joining the email list as well as free postage. Perfect follow up service with email communication. Beautiful gift wrap and free Christmas song books. Nice surprise. could have used a better tracking system and delivery was slower than expected.
