Disappointed customer
Although I understand testing times due to covid, I Ordered a Christmas gift well in advance of store Xmas cut off date, I had notification saying it would arrive by 23rd December but it didn’t, after continuous chasing, the item eventually arrived mid January at least a month after order date, all broken due to very poor and insufficient packaging, you cannot reach them on the phone so I sent numerous emails which took forever for any response or acknowledgement,
Eventually got replacement item but obviously far too late for Christmas,
Considering it’s a “royal” store I feel that their service is very disappointing at best
