nothing really to share: everything was all right, the product, the time, the delivery, all very efficient; plus the jelly-babies - which made me wonder if I had ordered jelly-babies and got an extra bonus of flags, or flags and got an extra goodie of jelly-babies.

Dear Michal. We are not willing to refund any orders without a return. Yesterday, we offered you a second delivery, which will be dispatched today. We are not responsible for the bad service of Poczta Polska. Sometimes there are problems with deliveries, but we have resolved every problem, yet.
Smooth sailing -pun definitely intended
My flatmate and I are from different countries and thought it was a good idea to buy our flags for our new place as decoration. Royal Flags met all of our standards. The colours were perfect, not dulled or washed off and the fabric was nice too. The delivery was also quick with no complications. My only complaint is my flag being more expensive than my flatmate's for some reason (with the all the same measurements), but overall, it was smooth sailing from clicking on the flag to it arriving to our place,
