THE BEST

I've had lost packages due to couriers (not Rovers North), and they were able to track it down and have it delivered. I've also made mistakes on ordering and they were able to fix it before shipment. Great customer service!

Excellent company

Excellent company. Trustworthy with great customer service. It's not that problems happen but how a company handles the situation that is important. Rovers North has always been responsive and handled the problem quickly and to my satisfaction.

Do not buy anything from this place…

Do not buy anything from this place shipping is horrible!
I have two different orders status is still pending.
My latest order was so posed to be overnight Fedex delivery for 61$ on a 46$ order.
My car is sitting in a shop on a hoist and I can even find out when I will receive my parts.
Also they are not willing to refund shipping saying Fedex is not responsible for weather delays.

We shipped out your order on time, unfortunately, we cannot control the weather or how it affects FedEx. Per FedEx terms of service they do not offer refunds on shipping delays caused by the extreme weather parts of the US have experienced this week.
