Arrived broken but inside a perfect packaging. On top of that the product has one of the lowest quality I have ever seen.

There was No actual shopping time saved…
There was No actual shopping time saved while using your web shop. I ended up going to your retail store trying to figure out if what I ordered on your web shop was the same product delivered at the retail store. It wasn’t.
Evidently the paint your web shop sold couldn’t be delivered at the retail store.
It would have been a better web shopping experience if I was informed what paint colors your stores can not deliver.

I have to say that we are surprised to hear that this was your experience.
We tried to contact you but the phone number on the order didn´t work. This was the reason for the missing text message that normally would inform you about the order being ready for pick up.
You did however reach out to us before you went to the shop because you had questions regarding the order.
I informed you that we unfortunately couldn´t tint one of the colors in the requested Harmony-paint, but we could upgrade this to the Hafnia-series and that we would do the same with the other color so the gloss would match.
We also informed you that even though this was a higher quality paint you would get it at a lower price than the one you ordered, which meant you ended up paying over 30% less compared to the item you ordered.
It seemed from our conversation that you were happy with the change and accepted it.
We apologize if you have misunderstood the solution or we misunderstood you accepting it.
