It is nice to see workmanship and pride take front and centre in an age when most companies appear hell bent on taking your money a day after the warranty expires. Literally the best customer service of any company I use and the products are fantastic. I have 4 Roundhouse locomotives, 2 bought brand new and 2 date from the 1980s, and they're all a joy to own. On this occasion, I needed some spare parts and Roundhouse couldn't have been more helpful. In addition, Roundhouse offers the convenience of stocking a wide range of accessories including track making them a “one stop shop.”

I purchased a Roundhouse Lady Anne this year and it’s amazing. Beautifully designed, engineered and finished, it’s my pride and joy (who needs sports cars?!).
