Such a good warranty!

I’m commenting on what I understand to be “Newell Brands” which owns I think Rotring UK, alongside Parker and Waterman.

So, my experience is with Rotring UK. I have an 800 pen, bought last year and have been delighted that it will be replaced under warranty!

Astonishing really - and hugely thankful that, in some cases, warranty means what it should!!!

Particular thanks to Constanza who dealt with the whole issue so perfectly. Thank you!!!
