Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. My rotimatic had a manufacturing defect & it took me over an year of follow up for them to acknowledge the defect. They agreed to replace the machine only if I bought an extended warranty. I did buy it & now it's been over 4 months they have not shipped the replacement. No body responds. They just take your money & then do not deliver.
Poor product quality and Service.
I ordered Rotimatic Next and received it on time but stopped working after a week of use. Had multiple calls with support wasted hours with them and instead return they requested to have a replacement. Went for it and that too stopped working within 2 days and again I have wasted hours with support and no resolution. Finally I have to return it and till date I haven't received the refund on my order.

I experienced an issue with my Rotimatic Next machine and was very sure that it was a hardware related problem. But the Rotimatic support team resolved my concern with an over-the-air firmware update. I'm highly grateful to them.

Terrible service and experience
Terrible service and experience. After spending around $1895, we have received a shit product. This is a fraudulent company (takes no accountability for their faulty machine and software). They sell this product to US customers(with long wait time) but no proper customer service; also, it's a waste of time and builds unnecessary pressure during machine usage(as95% times it never works; so don't even try when you are planning to use this machine when you are hungry :P). I have collected all the videos and photos, but they didn't even care. if you notice, they don't have a straightforward option to return on their website; they only provide an email ID, which is useless, and they delay your return process, and later, after 60 days, say the return window is closed and bla bla bla. I tried posting a comment on their Instagram page; they instantly removed the comment and the option to post. So in the end, we declared them a fraudulent company, and fortunately, we are high-end customers with our credit card company, which provided us with a refund. But overall it's a fraud company. I would suggest saving your time, energy, and "money".

I am based in Germany. Soon after 1 year passed, started getting trouble with continuous reboots. took 2 months of back and forth with Customer care. they diagnosed and told me to ship the machine on my own cost. My initial warranty status was incorrectly shown as 1 year. But when I told them I have 2 year extended warranty. then my machine started working again. It appears they deliberately tried to create issue on my machine thinking my warranty expired. How did the issue get resolved when I told them I have extended warrenty. So it's a complete scam. do not buy the machine. I am even today asking them to ship a replacement machine and no response even after 6 months from the start of problem.

Such a worst experience, i ll recommend not to get this machine, the worst customer support, I got my broken rotimatic machine 6 days ago . Tried to reach out to there team through email, chats and no one ever responded.Still holding this broken machine and i dont know what to do with it.

Please stay hungry if you want to eat roti but don't by Rotimatic from this company. No customer service at all. I bought machine almost two years before. Since I bought, it never worked. First of all you never able to connect with their staff. Sometimes it takes couple of days to connect with someone. Once you connect, they just waste your flour to test from their end. I wasted so much flour. Machine was faulty from the beginning but they never accepted it and kept wasting my flour. I had to stop using it at one point because it was not working as expected and always display an error. Whenever they say issue has been fixed, it works only couple of days and the issue appears again.
Finally their electric motor burst so they had to accept it and told me to return it so they can send me replacement. After this they are like totally ignoring me. I didn't know what to fill out in customs forms in the process of return. I contacted them almost everyday and they replied after one week. They said as soon as they receive faulty machine, they will deliver within couple of days. They received my faulty machine on 23/03/2026 and till date no replacement sent. I have contacted so many times but no reply. I tried to contact via Whatsapp and Rotimatic app and they just read the message but don't reply.

We had the worst rotimatic experience.
The order arrived after 4 months. It broke down i.e machine will not power up after we using it only once.
I tried reaching their CC, but its complete scam.
Their app itself keeps asking it and pointing itself to be updated..when it is all updated. They do not have a phone support.
They should be banned from operating in US with no customer support.

All promise, no delivery. Do not get fooled by this by this company. They had a great idea and and decent product that works intermittently well. But their customer service is the WORST. It does work, if you bear with it
Originally I was really unhappy with the machine because it has no settings and has constant issues.
After finding more information about the machine I learned that it is very dependent on what kind of flour is used.
Also, the software for the machine is horrible (1/10). There is no settings for anything; modify amount of water, amount of oil, amount of flour, how long to mix for, the pressure when squishing the roti, and cooking the roti.
All of this is left to the useless ai that keeps making the same mistake again and again.
If you have made the same mistake as me and got the machine, do the following. Get a full bag of your favorite flour and oil. Then keep asking it to make 2 roti, Each time it fails, remove any dough and tell it a what it did wrong (a few times) then ask it to make it again. Keep repeating until it can make the roti. It may take a long time and your bag of flour may finish just doing this but at least for me it did work after that.
I am confident with a custom frimware the rotimatic would be a lot better.
I also don't feel comfortable why the machine is connected to the internet, and their customer support can remote in to change these settings but I cannot access the same settings.
Update: I actually had no idea that rotimatic also sells their own flour. I am 100% confident they made the machine this way so you have to buy their flour. I think they are wanting to become the new printer company that sells you overpriced flour.
Machine broke on first use
Machine broke on first use. 47 days later — still no fix.
My Rotimatic NEXT (Order #2773) was delivered on 27 Feb 2026. The dough catcher broke on the very first run. I have not been able to make a single roti in 47 days of ownership.
What followed:
• Support promised a replacement within 2 weeks — in writing.
• They also confirmed in writing that my 30-day return window would be paused until replacement arrives.
• 2 weeks passed. No replacement.
• When I followed up, they sent an automated response asking me to fill a fresh intake form — resetting my entire case.
• 47 days in: no replacement, no refund, no resolution.
The product quality is one issue. But the after-sales experience is what should worry potential buyers. Written commitments mean nothing to this company.
If you're considering this purchase, ask yourself: what is your recourse if it fails some day?

Extremely poor customer support. Our machine broke down during the warranty period, and we were asked to return it, which we did - send from UK to Singapore. Since then, there has been no response at all. They continue to ignore calls and emails.
The company shows no professionalism in honoring its warranty commitments. They seem focused only on collecting money from customers while avoiding responsibility for their faults.
Overall, this is a highly unprofessional company with zero customer support.

your company is useless I will surely file your complaint in canadian consumer court that will prevent you to ship anything in canada... my issues not been solved I need the full refund on this new machine and get this shitty machine from my house...
