Terrible customer service.
I’ve been a customer at Rossignol for 5 years and adore their products. However, my recent dealings with their customer service department has left a sour taste. I won’t be purchasing any of their products again, it’s not worth the stress, time or money.
I bought their commuter bag in February 2024 but 6 months later the bag became faulty as the zip and pocket detached from the bag allowing rain water to get inside.
When I contacted Rossignol they advised that the bag was not repairable and confirmed I could receive a refund but would need to provide evidence of destroying the bag by cutting it up (bizarre request) or donating it to charity (which isn’t ethical as they’d confirmed the bag was not repairable).
I had asked for a replacement bag but they said they didn’t have any in the warehouse, which didn’t seem to reflect the website as it was showing the bag in stock !
Over one month later I received a refund for £75.50, which isn’t enough to buy a replacement bag (exactly the same product) as it costs £120.
After weeks of wasted time and frustration my complaint is far from resolved as I don’t have a replacement bag or will have to pay a premium to order a new one online. What a shambles.

Fantastic Jacket and Great Fit
Yet to try it on the slopes but I'm sure it will be very warm! Arrived in good time from point of ordering too,
Handling of orders is fast, goods were sent quickly. But when there were hickups with Fedex, handling is slow. I have known for two days the goods are lost. Fedex confirmed it. What next? I am not totally dissapointed yet but using a courier that does not recognize or care the goods have not reached next destination is a problem for customer care. The process handling/informing delivery issues could be more efficient. I had to contact Fedex by myself and push them to do something. Done that since September the 9th. Finally they said OOPS, it's lost, ask Rossignol!
Professional, fast and perfectly punctual in delivery, the clothes are of exceptional quality and beautiful design. Excellent.
Buying off web site simple and gave confidence. Great amount of tracking information for the FedEx delivery. Quick service too. Product well packed. Shame customer service of Rossingol in uk was poor and un helpful
