Cancelled order with no reasoning
I purchased an item off Rosserhair for £50. Excited to receive it. The next morning I awake to a cancellation email that my order has been cancelled without me requesting this. Naturally, I contacted their cutter service team. Its been two days an no update, and no refund yet (although it can take a few days)
I'm based in the UK so perhaps it's a shipping problem but that should be disclosed when my address was input.
Very disappointed in this company.

I bought a set of GHD straighteners from this company , I paid for delivery and still haven't received the item, I did say I was going on holiday and did need them in a hurry this was about 5 days ago , it shouldn't take that long for postage still havent arrived , treat your customers right
