Worst return experience

It took 4 days, 4 emails and two chats to get one dress returned. All because they would not read what was written on submission form, emails and chats.
Not sure whether it was intentional or sheer incompetence. Either way, not professional or good for business. Certainly wont buy here again.

Country code

Country code? The clothes are fine - when I’ve been able to squeak by whatever the hell they mean by “country” code.
I was about to by 6 items … but gave up.
I have no idea why Roselinlin wants to lose sales over something this stupid.

I am not able to return 2 pair of pants…

I am not able to return 2 pair of pants that are way to big for me and are not linen! Return is impossible

Regarding sizing, we understand the importance of fit. We include a “Size Guide” with detailed measurements on each product page to help customers find the best match. Comparing these with your own measurements before purchase can help ensure a better fit.

As for your return, we do support returns. You submitted a return request, and we sent you the return label via email on May 1st. We see that the label was used and your return parcel is currently in transit. Once our return center receives and inspects the package, your refund will be processed within 3–7 days.

STAY AWAY, SAVE YOUR MONEY

I got scammed, product nothing like what’s advertised, company will not refund or return the items. Only gave them one star so I could proceed filling this out. Save your money stay away.

Don't go near this place

Don't go near this place. There is no way to track or correspond... pretty sure I got scammed. I will be contacting my credit card and canceling... and, oh yeah, they have my credit card number... scumbags.
