I contacted the company by phone and spoke with John prior to making a substantial purchase. He was very helpful and assured me that I was ordering the correct items.
Some of the items arrived within a couple of days. There was a minor issue with the packing note, but I emailed John and he responded within minutes to clarify the situation.
The awning arrived after about a week. While the expected delivery time was 2–5 days, I believe the delay was due to the courier rather than the company.
Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciated the prompt and helpful customer service throughout.
I would recommend the company.

We have just had a Thule Omnistor 6300 fitted to our Bailey Messina caravan. The service we received from Rose Awnings from booking in to the fitting was second to none.
Dan was superb throughout from recommending the correct size to the fitting itself. The quality & attention to detail was carried out as though he was working on his own van.
We are absolutely delighted with the product, so much easier than the "slide into the awning channel" one we had previously.
It was well worth traveling down from North Nottinghamshire to get this fitted by experts, and have a little break away at the same time.

Bailey Adamo 69-4, Rose Awning fitted a 4m Thule 5200 awning, Excellent workmenship all fixing hidden from sight in living area, I travelled 150 miles to get this fitted, I wanted it done by a professional company who knew what thay were doing, I was not disappointed
