I placed an order almost a month ago and still haven’t received anything. I’ve tried contacting them by email, but I haven’t received any response so far. It’s disappointing, especially considering this is a Swedish-based company.
In my experience, even Temu has been more reliable in terms of delivery and communication. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend them.
Unacceptable work in Sweden
Ordered a pack of sv:konsol from them. My swedish is not good, so I looked at the image when I ordered. On the picture of the product it was shown a package of 2, so I was sure that they will send 2 sv:kosoles:
(see the item on rorfokus web site: tp-konsol-21-22-33-600)
For the similar item tp-konsol-21-22-33-400 they show only one sn:konsol on the picture - this is the right way to avoid confusion.
Got only one sv:konsole with 1 week delay.
Tried to call them. On the web page it says that they have phone hours in the mornings. But for some reason there is no phone number. All the 4 numbers registered on them in Sweden are not in use, that makes emails the only possible way of communication.
The lady Alva answering emails did not want to cooperate and suggested me to read the small grey letters below the image instead.
As a result - decided to return it back, Just wasted 2 weeks for nothing!
This is not how official company in Sweden that respect the customers should work.
Give one star, but in reality it is too much for them. Will never use them again and not recommend anyone!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I never received the items I ordered and have been sent an invoice from SVEA. I have tried to contact Rörfokus to cancel the order but I receive no response. I asked SVEA to contact Rörfokus and SVEA do not receive a response. So my only alternative is to pay the 799 SEK or keep delaying this faktura until someone responds. I will not use this company again and never recommend it to anyone.

Wrongly advertised products with key information not disclosed in description or pictures. Happy to to take money for shipping wrong products. A fight to get them to pay for return shipment and they refuse to take responsibility for incorect information on listing. Extremely strict with return conditions. Avoid.
*In reply to Rörfokus response below. You are stating incorect information again. As I repeatedly communicated to yourself via email and proved with photos, the basic dimmentions are not the issue, the fact that the mounting holes do not fit a standard Scandinavian door is the issue and no where did the listing state that or show any photos of this. I'm really not sure why you refuse to take responsibility for your error. A simple apology would have sufficed but your refusal to do so is the issue. I only got a free return lable issued because I kicked up a fuss even though you still refused to admit it was your error and no refund for the inital shipping fee was given. It's extremely bad customer service and a very strange way to run a business. Also I would add, there was absoloutly no notification that my return was received and it took weeks for a refund. I had to chase to see if the items had been received and ask why I had not received a refund.

Now it is 2 months(!!) since I made my return, and I still haven't received my refund. Disappointing.

The product looks nothing like the product on the website. They dont answer on e-mail, and they demand a return-cost (the competitions dont).

Very dissapointing experience
Very dissapointing experience. I ordered 14 packages of doorhandles from Habo (Møbelhåndtak Stella Sort cc128 and cc96) since they were offered at an attractive low price by Rörfokus. It took 2 months for them to tell me that apparently Habo could not deliver them. The excuses that customer support had during that time where that they either had sent the handles but were surprised that they were not delivered yet or they gave me dates when they would be sent. I wonder if they can deliver any goods at all. Don't trust that them any longer.
