Hayden and Sian, who we mostly dealt with were always most helpful, chasing things for us and responding in a timely fashion, whilst at the same time being very friendly and professional. There was a delay in handing over the keys but Sian and Jade were equally helpful then, thank you for the chocolates! Whilst not offering the same service we had from the independent agent who sold our house, for a high street agent they seem to do a decent job. Thank you

What can I say; this estate agent has done what MULTIPLE couldn’t do! Whenever I’ve told people my story recently, they cannot believe the shocking service I’ve had from other estate agents, so I’m just so glad I finally found RMS & listed my house with them!

The entire team in the Ponteland office have been unreal; they’ve been so friendly, so polite, so professional and I just cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work and dedication they’ve ploughed into selling my house.

On a more personal note, Sian has been exceptional. I would 100% understand if she was pulling her hair out in clumps regarding my house sale, as it’s been so long-winded, through nobody’s fault bar the bottom of the chain’s solicitor firm, however, Sian has consistently been on the ball, she’s always available to speak with when needed and she really has gone above and beyond to help me!

I can’t put into words how grateful I am for the work of RMS Ponteland; I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs a local estate agent, as they put their local competition to shame!

Alistair, Wendy and Angela at the Ashington branch have been amazing with us. We are buying our first home and although it hasnt been an easy process (nothing with RMS) Alistair and Wendy in particular have kept in touch every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with everything. Alistair has made the whole process of getting our first mortgage simple and easy making sure we understood everything and kept us right. Could not recommend the branch enough.

All the staff were very helpful and guided me through the process of selling my property in a very professional manner . Not having moved for nearly 40 years this was very important to me. They provided several viewings and within a week I had several offers. I was guided through the whole process of selection and felt confident in the advice they gave me .
Before selling I had been looking for a suitable property to downsize into so had been popping into the branch every so often . I never felt under pressure to look at properties which weren’t right for me , this led me to choosing them to sell my property as they knew the market around my area.
