Poor customer service
All delivered items were of good quality and no issues. Delivery was short of one item without which roof could not be fixed. Despite informing delivery staff of shortage, discussion with customer service and email correspondence (unanswered) after two days the issue is yet to be resolved. Items have been sourced elsewhere with no response to my request for refund from your company. Three stars is probably generous given the customer service response. Mine was not a large order, however, I would have expected better.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing. As explained in my previous response, unfortunately delivery costs are determined by where the items are coming from, and the courier / service used.
There is nothing deceptive about our shipping costs, which are clearly shown at checkout stage prior to ordering. We are very clear with this, so that customers can make a decision about whether to proceed.

Will NEVER use the shambolic lot again. Ordered some goods a week ago with a promise of "will pop you a delivery date across soon", have chased on the phone twice, told to wait while they contact the Supplier, still no delivery date given just a vague "next week sometime". I cancelled my order and have gone to a Supplier who actually makes an effort with their Customers

Left delivery outside without contact
I apparently recieved an order, delivery pictures were taken of the items on my property and delivery driver stated delivered as instructed, but no phone call was made and items aren't there. No instructions were given nor any contact was made. Ridiculous, this company has no delivery instructions allowed so made their own decision and now im £1000 out of pocket, a reason why they are the cheapest.

shocking customer service
i spent over £2000 on an order which was schedule for next day delivery 4 days later i still hadn't revived the order and then only find out that the items i wanted to but weren't in stock and i would have to wait another 3 weeks until they were back in store and the person i spoke to on the help line was utter useless

Have just finished my flat roof above the kitchen, I wanted to no it was done properly so did it myself, epdm membrene and glue and decking risers all from roofing superstore, all the people I spoke to advised and checked my measurements on the phone, brilliant experience highly rate these guys.
