No interest in non delivery

Very efficient telephone service with human beings and no AI. Delivery was prompt and as promised although not cheap. The goods were correct and good quality. Recommended.

Good price and speedy delivery …. what more could you ask for?

Delays with issuing the quotation. Pleasant staff when speaking to customer services. Order sent out from Ariel (polycarb roof) and this order was incorrectly supplied. Roofing superstore very good with chasing these issues with the supplier, very dissapointing that Ariel have not been able to send out the correct items (on two occasions). The quoted 3 to 6 days delivery is now in excess of 10 working days

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Before the sale, they were quick to respond and eager to get on a call. However, once the order was placed, the dont seem to care; long wait and after-sales service was poor. There were constant delivery delays with no proactive updates, and emails often went unanswered or took far too long to receive a response. The lack of communication and poor customer service made the whole process unnecessarily stressful. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this company. The product simply isn't worth the hassle.

Very quick delivery and good value for money.

The website was very easy to navigate and the ordering process was very straightforward. Although the delivery was fairly pricey, the roof tiles arrived very quickly.

Dreadful, dreadful experience with an order delayed due to total neglect and incompetence. Ordered roof slates, ridge tiles and breather membrane on 9 August online. Chose items 'available/in stock'. 5-7 working days for delivery. Membrane was on 2 day delivery - it arrived on time. All good. Rang a week later (17Aug) to check delivery on slates as I hadn't heard and they told me the slates were not available and on a four to five week back order. 'We were told this at 10.27am on 10 August'. Cancelled the order asked for my money back. Asked for a call back to see what other slates were available. Had to ring them back. 'Actually it's only the ridge tiles that are on back order'. (Whaaaaaat!). Uncancelled slates, cancelled just the ridge tiles. Rang four times in the next 24 hours. Repeatedly told that they would get back to me. Eventually I was told the supplier said they needed a new order so they will take four more working days. Agent on phone admitted that they didn't know why I wasn't told the order was delayed when they knew a week before I called. And didn't know why I was told the slates were not available and allowed me to the cancel the whole order, which slowed the process with the supplier. The only good thing I can say is that when I did get people on the phone they were polite, embarrassed and apologetic. But they never actually got back to me or made an difference nor pass me on to anyone senior who could do something. Hopeless. I will never order online from these people again nor use their supplier again who did nothing to rectify their errors. The small amount saved on cheaper slates was massively offset by wasted time energy and effort and project delayed by a company that simply failed to communicate accurately or proactively with me.

The keen pricing of the products and it was really easy to set up the order.
When I was uncertain of the delivery date and time the customer support was excellent.

We ordered slate coping stones. It took them a couple of days to email us to say that they don’t have the right size and would we like some bigger ones? My wife emailed them to ask a couple of questions with no response. I have phoned up three times each time they said they were gonna give me a call back and never did customer service is poor and I won’t be using them again

Great service. Quick dispatch. One point is that the felt came as 1 delivery and the adhesive and nail another. Wasnt clear when ordering so was a little confused but it did all arrive on the same day so happy with it all

I wanted to take this time to say how amazed I was with Leon from the Sales Team, that guided me through what I needed for my new Roof. I had no idea what to buy but his expertise and knowledge base was very extensive. Even my constant phonecalls did not deter any of the team members and they were all so professional, that I would always use Roofing Superstore as my first stop! Thankyou Leon and his team for making me feel at ease with my purchases.

Super quick delivery of Velux window. Ordered Wednesday 5/8 and required delivery on 10/8. Other places could not guarantee delivery in time, even Velux. Very happy with service.

I waited for my goods all day. I paid weeks ago and they have still not been delivered and no new delivery date or explanation has been given. How do I give no stars for no goods and no customer service and owed nearly a £1,000.
