I don't do many reviews but for this…

I don't do many reviews but for this company i could not say nothing about how this company have dealt with myself for customer service.

This company i exceptional for customer service and go out of their way to ensure the customer is happy, i ordered the wrong item (my error) but they was happy to rectify the problem and sent me out the correct item straight away.

Pleasant staff and happy to help.

For anyone that has not used this company in the past i would say stop shopping around and place your order with these guys, i have used these guys over 10 years ago and again this year and i must admit i will not use any other company in the future when i need to order roof blinds.

once again many thanks and keep up the great service guys.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service, a lovely lady was able to quickly amend my order when I made a mistake. Helped me make sure I had the correct size and refunded money for brackets I had ordered but didn't need.
Blind is perfect.

I ordered new Velux blinds to replace…

I ordered new Velux blinds to replace old ones where the cords were damaged. The replacement blinds arrived promptly and were relatively easy to fit. I followed the diagrams and videos and soon had them working perfectly. They were also less expensive than the same items from the Velux shop.

Great customer service.

I rang customer services for advice before I made my order, which was very helpful. I then got in touch again, after I'd fitted my Velux blinds, to return the brackets, which were not needed and again received a very helpful and speedy response. A very happy customer.
