It all worked out ok in the end, but everything was quite stressful as I feel things weren’t explained very well. We didn’t realise that most places had to be booked and we had some misleading advice... See more

The Omni bus does not come around…

The Omni bus does not come around enough or there are not enough buses. The person who gave us our cards did not take the time to explain things well enough. We never got to use the audio portion of our pass. It would not accept our pass when we tried to scan the bar code. I was very disappointed and thought it was way to expensive. Customer service was well below average.

It doesn’t have the best tour by bus

Good experience with the exception of the bus, it is supposed to be a tour guide but it only stops in every point without explanation. Other companies offer a proper guided tour so you can feel like you are wasting your money.
