The Omni bus does not come around…
The Omni bus does not come around enough or there are not enough buses. The person who gave us our cards did not take the time to explain things well enough. We never got to use the audio portion of our pass. It would not accept our pass when we tried to scan the bar code. I was very disappointed and thought it was way to expensive. Customer service was well below average.
It doesn’t have the best tour by bus
Good experience with the exception of the bus, it is supposed to be a tour guide but it only stops in every point without explanation. Other companies offer a proper guided tour so you can feel like you are wasting your money.
Good
Really good, all as expected.. all perfectly organized.. maybe a bit too much expensive
Maybe somebody should give user more…
Maybe somebody should give user more information at arrival.
Thanks you for tour service
With google maps this proved excellent once here....
With google maps this proved excellent once we had met the office staff in Rome. On line it was difficult to understand and book what we wanted which is a shame because once in Rome it worked perfectly well.
Room for improvement.
Found the experience a lot of hard work from picking up the tickets to viewing the sites.
