They don't have some items in inventory, and they still put them in the online catalog. They charge you for the full amount when the full order has not been honored. Basically thieves.
As of today they have still not responded to my second mail regarding missing items. (4days now)
I've sent them a mail stating that a lot of the order was missing - I even specified which items and how many. In my mail i attached my order confirmation and a picture of what i recieved.
Their first response was "you're welcome to return the items to get a refund"
Seems to me that they didn't even read the mail.. and just gave me a standard reply.
This is very poor service!, i've paid for a product in advance and i recieved about 65% of my order.
Update: 2 weeks after
The shop now doesn't even respond to my emails - despite having the proof of their wrong doing - they have now been reported to the ECC for malpractice and cheating costumers. I might take several months, but its well worth it. Even if we're talking about a relative small sum of money!

No customer service, low stock, cancellation without notification, have to chase them for any updates.
A large variety of products and the cheapest place for your tobacco accessories on the net and they offer generous discounts for multi or bulk buy. They now sell vape gear as well although I can't say what it's like as I haven't tried any of it. Same day dispatch and 1st class post is standard so nearly always receive products next day. Only gripe is postage costs can sometimes be expensive for small orders as it can increase from £1.50 to the standard £3.99 for just adding a pack of rizla. Would definitely recommend and if you do have problems ordering online they offer a phone line to take orders as well.
