Love the product But been unable to contact the company as I didn’t receive correct order I understood that £9.99 was for two items but only received one Website seems to have been taken down and cannot find any other contact details
So not too impressed

Eventually managed to contact the company They responded almost immediately apologised for the error and within a couple of days had sent the second item
It’s a shame I had all the hassle initially

I highly rated the previous version but this is absolutely brilliant and sturdier. I have very long hair and have 5 cats, so as you can imagine, a tool which almost instantly and safely removes hair from the vacuum cleaner brush is a very welcome invention!

Very fast delivery and brilliant customer service as well. Truly impressed thank you

Really clever little tool. What a simple great design. Cleans hair easily from hoover and hairbrushes without causing damage. Definitely recommend this gadget.

A really effective gadget; takes the effort out of removing hair, string, fabric etc that wraps itself around vacuum cleaner rollers. I'd recommend it to anyone who, like me has arthritis in their hands

Excellent product , small and really useful , I’ve used it to clean hairs from hairbrushes etc , and also to clear the hoover bar , would highly recommend ... give it a try

This is an amazing tool, I have long hair that I shed and it gets wrapped around the dyson brush roller...the vacuum cleaner does not work efficiently when this happens and it is so hard to remove. This little tool solves all the difficulty of removing hair and fluff from the roller definitely a 5 star tool.

What a wonderful product...does exactly what was explained..family and friends impressed so ordered more..

I bought the original RollaReleasa and was very pleased with it. I’m hoping this one, being metal will be able to get right into the edge of the roller, this was the only place I wasn’t able to reach properly with the original. As this new one is metal, the dimples should be able to cope better at cleaning the bristles. A brilliant but simple idea.

I'm a big fan of the RollaReleasa, it's a fantastic little gadget which does a great job removing the hair from my vacuum cleaner. It's an absolute must in my house with 3 girls, all with long hair!!
I've ordered the RollaReleasa for myself and as gifts in the past and I'm back again, excited to try the new Pink Ribbon 🎗️version (with the added bonus of knowing I'm helping them to support such a great Appeal 🎗️)

This little gadget is amazing, it does exactly what it says on the tin. The product is sturdy and easy to use, and I will be recommending to my friends. It's a must for all households.

I saw this on "the customer is always right" and thought I'd give it a try. Easy to order and arrived quickly. It made very light work of clearing the roller in my Shark vacuum cleaner. The roller looks like new! Very easy to use and highly effective.

Product broke on 2nd time used. 1st time I found it no better than scissors anyway.

I purchased 2 , they are great value and do the job , took less time today to clean the Bosch Roller heads 10/10

It’s just ok. It’s not revolutionary but it works to some extent. The “blade” section wasn’t sharp enough to cut through the hair but it did help with fiddly bits at the end of the roller where string/cotton etc gets tightly wrapped. Still had to use my scissors though

The RollaReleasa is a great little tool, designed just right for it's extremely useful purpose of de-hairing the roller bar on vacuum cleaners. It really works, and the pointy end gets into all the little crevices where fluff and dust gathers too. I bought three, one for the hoover, one for my hairbrush and one as a useful gift. I also purchased one of the new products, the fridge seal scraper, and it works a treat, removing built up muck that accumulates in the fridge/freezer door seal.
Both very handy, helpful tools.

Disappointing. Simply not strong enough to pull out the hairs etc. Bent rather than tugged. Large house, carpeted throughout, three vacs - Miele cylinder, Miele upright (one upstairs, one down) and a Vax cordless -a superior carpet sweeper. In every case it was simpler to remove the brush head and clean it in the old fashioned way - less mess, less stuff left behind.
Gadget probably has its uses, but not for me.

As for the the fridge seal and window corner cleaner - what is wrong with cotton bud and a spot of bleach. Snake oil anyone ?

And fab little gadget, if you read the instructions on the back of the card, it works a treat, although I had to put the put my phones touch on to read it because it was quite small.

For £3.99 it’s a real bargain, I’ve bought one for my daughter. Every home should have one.
