Skit kundservice!
I placed an order one week ago. I received confirmation email immediately after the order. Several days late, I asked the customer service where is my order, they said it was canceled. What they did was that they sent an email to everyone saying that they had payment problem that day. The email was not for a specific order, it was regarded as spam by Gmail! If I didn't ask them, they would never let me know my order was just cancelled wihout receiving a nortification many days after the order!
Crappy service.
They asked me to re-order, but the rabbatkod is no longer valid. It was RoligaPrylar's fault for the payment problem but they didn't actively contact and compensate the customer. What a shame.
