Be careful
My watch was supposed to be sized for me id provided measurements and photos.when it arrived way too big
I advised Asil I took to Swansea was told by a rolex specialist there was only one more Removable link and no way would this watch ever fit me! Asil would have known that.
I requested to send back i was told I had to insure it myself which cost me £125, special delivery £20.75 in addition as im nice i included £20 note to cover their postage to me so over £160
I took photos of everything I sent back. The watch was perfect when I sent back however I received an email from asil with photo showing a white mark on bezel and I was told it would cost £400 to polish it out!
So having provided all my measurements The total cost to me was.over £600 for having the watch for a few days.
Not remotely impressed normally companies provide labels and ive never heard of having to insure something yourselves.
I'd never recommend or use them again

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I have very small wrists and was concerned whether something could be this small I was assured by Asil having sent my photos and my tiny measurements it could ! It could be!
Asil said he had taken out 2 full links and 2 half links I’d already provided photos of my wrist with measuring tape on im very tiny really need to be 12cm the watch was sent to me and it was a beautiful watch stunning , but he would have known with his experience, and I’d said my size and provided photos, the watch was never no way going to fit me
having had my measurement - infact it was nearer to my elbow than wrist I think he took out the links he did knowingly it wouldn’t fit but if he had sent a message to me saying “we have taken all the adjustable links out” I immediately would have thought this was never going to fit me
So cleverly he said the links he’d taken out no reference to size
I sent photos couldn’t wear as too big
I advised I was taking into the shop in Swansea to see what they could do they just looked at it and my wrist and advised as had I to Asil it could never fit as there was only one more link to take out Asil had said the same in messages only 1 more link so he knew it wouldn’t fit me when he sent it!
So I asked to return it as would never fit me or ever would have
I received email back basically saying yes thats ok
they didn’t offer to provide a label or even cover the value on their insurance and made a comment if its in the same condition when they inspect it as when they sent to me they’d refund!
I was told to insure it with securus cost me £125 I then paid for special delivery level £2500, which cost me £20.75
Because I’m a nice person I even put a note in saying here is £20 note cash to pay your postage for sending to me (they paid £14.75) I saw it on the label
Notwithstanding everything they would have known when they sent the watch to me it would be way too big and couldn’t be sized as Asil said in messages there’s only one more link!

I sent loads of emails asking
About how did I insure with this company they’re telling me to insure with. (All companies always without fail provide a shipping or return label and even if they deduct from your refund it’s what they do) with a item this value Asil and his colleague matthew knew I wouldn’t know how to send back,
But literally no help they should have insured it)
when I did send back i sent confirmation to them I send special delivery info I sent copy of the insurance email
I updated them on tracking
They ignored every message
I then had to literally beg to get my money back less obviously the £400 which I had no say in one way or the other
Like how dishonest is this

I then received an email saying there was a scratch (which strangely in photos was white) and it would cost £400 to polish out so they were keeping that money
I photographed the watch and every single item with it as when I read the email prior to me sending back I immediately picked up they were going to allege something which they did!
In my letter I had even said I was sorry for having child like wrists and I’d be looking for a Rolex for my daughter in law I was really nice even despite them sending a watch “sized for me” that nearly reached my elbow
I was just trying to be nice
I’ve sent photographs of the watch with no scratches on
And I took one at 8.19am
In the morning of the day I sent it back as I was just packing it up and there were no scratches it was perfect
This so called scratch is white or so it looks in their photos like as if they’ve put a line of polish
I personally believe this was a deliberate premediated (As they’d already said in their email) attempt to extort money from me
So I’d been proper I’d paid
£125 insurance to send back
£20.75 postage
£20 cash for their postage
And now they’ve retained £400
So it’s cost me nearly £600 for them sending a watch that they knew without a shadow of a doubt wouldn’t fit
I did not scratch it
Total fabrication
Would I ever buy from this company again oh dear god no

How dishonest are they
I even said in messages when Asil said he was keeping £400 is this what you would do for someone who would be a repeat customer

I’ve dealt with a few people in my life
I’ve never had £400 taken off me like this no negotiation just if you want a refund we’re keeping £400

Apparently to polish the watch
£400 to polish!!! ????

I’d say avoid this company at all costs unless you do have £600 to throw away

They’re nice when you’re buying
Oh so nice and chatty friendly even messaging late in the evening honestly I have the messages!
when you have a problem forget it we will just keep your money!

Asil was brilliant, he offers me a great valuation on two watches, and within 6 hours we came to my home to check the pieces. We had a great conversation about watches and within 10 minutes or so he had prepared an agreement and the money was transferred into my bank account.

The gentleman telepohned me at 10,15 on Sunday 5th October after I had contacted him earlier. He looked at the imigages that I had sent to him and he suggested a price for my Rolex oyster quartz wrist watch. He asked where I lived and he said he could come and see me that afternoon. We met at 5.15 p.m. and a deal was struck. He paid me for my watch after he had had a close examination and we went on our merry way rejoycing.
