We started Role Models because we know that academic success alone is not enough to build tomorrow’s leaders. The World Economic Forum Future of Jobs Report explains how life skills are the most essential skills for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Even more importantly, we know the life skills we help children to develop are essential for them to be independent, happy and to grow into well-rounded adults. Every person needs these skills to thrive. We complement traditional academic education by delivering online & offline courses for 3-13 year olds that develop young peoples’ skills in leadership, confidence, resilience, creative problem solving, collaboration and growth mindset. These skills really impact the everyday lives of the young people we work with… Our weekly Masterclass sessions for 3-13 year olds complement academic learning by developing young peoples’ resilience, creative problem solving, confidence, collaboration, growth mindset and leadership qualities. Through exploring and practising these essential characteristics by regularly attending our fun sessions, children are empowered to develop an independent ability to overcome and learn from challenges – growing a healthy and engaged mind that is ready to flourish.

Leadership Camp - What a brilliant course for our 8 year old daughter. She absolutely loved it. So engaging each day with some brilliant content. Chloe, who ran the course was amazing and was able to deliver some quite mature skills and competencies in a way that the team loved! Really appreciated the daily feedback as to what happened including child specific photos, videos. All polished off at the end of the 5 days with awards ceremony and a lovely full report for Mum and Dad to read. We will be doing other course for sure. Thanks again Chloe. and all at Role Models.

When I didn't know how to help my child deal with some psychological confusion, I tried to use methods that I thought were helpful to help my children deal with some problems, but it seemed that the results were not as good as after my children took the master class. This method can help parents more effectively help their children improve their abilities, and I think I chose the right one.

Thank you. My boys had an absolute amazing time at the Role Models camp which was on Critical Thinking and ideas. These camps and the content covered is so different (critical thinking, ideation, confidence, empowerment) from the other camps, and as a parent I’m delighted that Role models focuses on skills and techniques that are often neglected by other camps/classes. Not only has it been an incredibly educational journey for my sons but also a fun one.
They told me that this was the best camp they have ever been to! They would come back home and tell me about how they built rollercoasters, practiced mindfulness, created business ideas.
As a parent I also loved the fact that everyday I would receive a summary of what content was covered on the day, with a personalised child specific report at the end of the course. Where else does that happen?!
Please run more of these courses!

Lara is the best role model. She is kind and good hearted with the kids. The program was so great that my daughter did not want to leave. Over 5 days they learned creative problem solving with fun activities, daily follow up and meeting new friends.

This was an eye opener for us and our Son.he enjoyed being there everyday and learned a lot by playing but also by end of week he managed to build up his confidence confidence and assimilation of new techniques. Strongly recommend this course for any parent who wants to teach their kids resilience and beyond

We have recently engaged, as a school, with Role Models to help our girls develop key skills for life. The feedback from the parents has been extremely positive, as the girls clearly really enjoyed the course and came home talking about the activities they had completed. Developing character education is a crucial aspect of a PH education and I am so grateful to Role Models for facilitating further work on this in the holidays. We will definitely keep hosting these courses at PH!

My daughter really enjoyed the week. It was a camp she felt comfortable, made friends and learned something. She was able to improve on her collaborating skills, present a better speech and most importantly having more confidence when sharing her work or ideas. Thank you for such a fun week.

My son and daughter (7 and 10 respectively), attended the Leadership Course over the summer. They both had a great time. My son, George, specifically said that he would not improve anything from the course as all of it was good. He said that all the tasks and exercises done in the course helped reinforce the ideas presented. He enjoyed them although sometimes he felt frustrated when things were not getting done in the team. But this is what he has to learn to manage.
My daughter, Stelli, also said that enjoyed all the team tasks and she learned a lot about who are leaders and the different approaches to leadership, how to manage herself in situations where there is no clear-cut answer, and more importantly, all the ideas and topics presented were understood with the tasks.
Overall, as parents, we were pleased with the results of the course, as children are introduced to concepts that are not taught in schools, but important in everyday life.
