Bad bad service

I surfed in here for a peek to see if I could order one of their newer beers online because I absolutely love Rogue beers. They are some of my favorite!

Unfortunately when I ordered, it took no less than 20 days for the bottle to arrive! There were no explanations why it took almost three weeks for these guys to ship a beer from Oregon to Idaho. I called and asked what the hold up was but nobody there seemed to want to help us. On top of it all, the bottle arrived extremely sticky and it seemed like no one had wiped it down ever.
