Love gems?..... Love Rocks & Co
I have been a Rocks & Co customer for some 10 years or more now. Back in the day when it was a UK company. At some point it was bought out and the whole thing moved to Germany.
This did not effect the quality of the product, price range or delivery. If you love gemstones then this is the company for you. The variety is vast, good quality items and prices are excellent. You sometimes get a free catalogue giving you more information regarding gemstones.
I have loved every item that I have ever bought from them. They always come nicely packaged. Its the same format as before regarding their Rocks & CO channel, although in German. You don`t need to speak the "lingo" though to appreciate these stunning pieces of jewellery.....happy shopping.

Missing Order
Ordered a pair of earrings on 11/5/21, they were despatched on the 12th May, but still no sign of them. The tracking number provided is useless and yields no information regarding the location of my parcel. The money has been charged to my credit card, but I have no goods. I emailed Rocks & Co customer services, but so far they have not been able to update me as to when, if at all, I will get the earrings.

It is very rare for DHL to lose orders, and we are continuing to investigate this with them to understand why and how this has happened. We have of course issued your refund and it will be with you within 3-4 days.

Amazing
Amazing and fast service. Ordered a bracelet on the 3rd of May, dispatched from Germany the next day, and got the parcel on the 7th. Great quality and trustworthy. Used the £20 first-order voucher which came with an intro pack that included useful things, a book about different gemstones, and a handy finger measurer. The bracelet came inside a nice silky pouch, it also had a sturdy box too. Also an authenticity card, absolutely love my new bracelet!!! 5/5!!

Paid an extra £89 custom and VAT fee for my 50th birthday gift.
The international company said it had a selling point in UK, was requested to deliver from UK and yet the parcel was sent from Europe so I had to pay an extra £89 custom and VAT fee, even though the VAT was already paid in the EU country of origin. It was my 50th birthday gift sent by my family I had not seen since 2019 due to Covid-19 restrictions. The fee tarnished it.

UPDATE: We have signed up with a new courier company, items will be delivered from our warehouse to your house as normal. We have changed delivery provider so we can cover these fees for you!
ORIGINAL REPLY: We have negotiated with a new delivery partner whereby regardless of invoice amount the customer will not have to pay any charges, we will cover them for you so the item is delivered to your house as normal. Unfortunately there were a few orders being charged by customs over the past few weeks, however this will stop now as we have set up a deal where we cover all costs with the new delivery company.
If you would have informed us of the charge we would have issued a web shop voucher of a greater value than what was paid, the invoice number you have attached is not bringing anything up, otherwise a member of the team would have called you to explain. Please can you call us on 0800 931 3333 so we can issue you with an apology voucher. Our items have been based in our headquarters in Germany for a couple of years now, however our call centre team and e-commerce team are based in the West Midlands here in England.

A very quick and simple sale
A very quick and simple sale, and the quality of the products are amazing for the price. I am glad that there are also options to buy gorgeous stones and settings in silver too if you have a smaller budget. The sizing can be one size up of down, but that is not a problem for me, as it will fit another finger.

Very Good Quality Jewellery
I have found their jewellery items to be of excellent quality at a very good price. Their website is easy to use and items are shown and described clearly and honestly.There is also no postage cost so you only pay for the item/items you have ordered. Delivery time is quick and items are well packaged. The only downside is that should you decide that you don't want the item, it has to be posted back to Germany at your own cost. Having said that, to date, I have purchased several pieces from them and have been really pleased with the price, quality and service I have received. I would rate their products above some of those on other online jewellery websites.

Good - got given a £20 voucher for signing up to their newsletter and purchased an Iolite ring and a Labradorite ring.
Would have given 5* if the rings were actually the same size - the labradorite size N was perfect, but the Iolite size N was far too big.
Shipping was quick and well packaged.
