Still amazed at how good these guys are - not just once but time and time again! I ordered a new helmet recently and it was on my head 21 hours later. I've been ordering with these guys since I was a student - 20 years ago and they've always been excellent. Keep up the good work Rock and Run!

I knew exactly which rucksack I wanted, and a Google search took me to Rock and Run’s website.

The price was good. Very good. So good in fact that I figured it was either a mistake or the website was a fictitious company. A quick check on Trustpilot and I was reassured that the company was legit, but I was still worried that the price was a mistake.

I completed the online order and figured they would contact me the next day to tell me the price was a mistake.

Instead, the rucksack arrived promptly and was incredibly well packaged.

I've been shopping at Rock + Run for many years. They provide a great service. Their deals are nowhere near as good as they used to be, which is a shame but such is life. They also don't offer free postage until you buy a certain amount. You have to pay for returns too, however the are super quick at giving refunds if you do have returns.

Worst website ever cant order or finish an order it crashes every time you change page !! Pathetic

One of the best customer service I have ever received! No ifs no buts, they just replaced the product that was faulty, and the replacement was with me within a day or two. They obviously take care of their customers.
I will definitely buy from Rock+Run again and will recommend them to friends and family

I used this company for the first time 1.5 years ago and have had several great experiences since then, both with international shipping (to Peru) and UK deliveries. The first time, there was a little confusion regarding getting VAT waived for an international delivery, but a phone call and some emails and we got there! We've found some incredible offers at times and have taken advantage of them.
Their international shipping costs feel pretty reasonable at least for smaller packages (and costs can be more than offset by the offers we find) and despite Peru's notoriously slow customs and postal service, we got both international packages within a month, once in 2 weeks (that's actually pretty incredible, and the delay is out of R+R's control). For my latest UK order, I placed it at 1am on Wednesday and the parcel was received by 10am on Thursday...standard (free) delivery and processing!
My one complaint would be that I noticed they've separated out their VAT free sales page (not an issue in itself) and it looks like Peru orders are no longer eligible for some reason 😕

The shoes I ordered were too large so I returned them. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the repayment was processed very quickly and without hassle.

Ordered some gloves from Germany. Turned out to be to small. Got money back and the new order got delivered right away. Very satisfied.

I ordered a size 9 pair of Five Ten Sleuth shoes from run and run. Unfortunately they were far too small and uncomfortable. I tried to return/ exchange the shoes however rock and run refused to exchange due to the fact the shoes had been worn. This was based on them finding a piece of grit in the sole and a small scuff on the side wall. I had only worn the shoes around the house and in my opinion they looked like a new pair of shoes which had been tried on in a shop. I will not be buying from rock and run again and I would like to warn future customers of their poor customer service. If your are looking for shoes and are not 100% certain they will fit then I urge you not to buy from rock and run and look elsewhere.

Ordered a chalkbag, which turned out to be out of stock and a kind chap called Kieran, helped me out no end, happily replacing the out of stock item and answering all my queries. Can not fault the service and the products. Well chuffed, couldn't ask for more

Both times, price has been the best on the internet and the service is super efficient with excellent delivery

I bought a Mammut Ophir 3 harness, it was a large. I sometimes have a 36" waist but the large was too small.Sent it back for an xl exchange, no problem, came back promptly. The harness is very comfy, light, and looks good too. Rock and run are well thought of at the Inverness wall.

I have ordered from Rock + Run a few times. The one time I had problems I received a faulty jacket that was replaced immediately - they sent out a new jacket that arrived before I returned the faulty one so I was never even without a the jacket.

They have responded quickly to emails and they have shipped everything I ordered quickly as well so I would be happy to shop from them again.

£4.95 P&P for 4 tiny walking pole tips! Come on guys, I'll not be hitting your site again.

Really good "flash sale" style discounts, nice range of stock, only issue is that return/exchanges seem to be communicated quite poorly. I originally rated the store 3/5 because after returning goods by recorded delivery I could see that Rock + Run had recieved them but didn't receive any confirmation that my replacement had been dispatched. As it happens the replacement arrived 3 days later, so I improved the score to 4/5- good service, poor communication.

Absolutely stellar service from these guys, were quick to combine my orders, refund me postage and sort out collection.

Super fast shipping and great deals, no problems at all! Thank you once again.
