Terrible customer service, doesn't support the offers on their own website. I purchased a powerpack from them and on the product detail page it said it came with a free solar panel (as part of a promotion). Then they refused to honor the promotion after I bought the product then wanted to fine me when I wanted to send the product back for misrepresentation. WOW! I've never experienced such a dishonest company like this before (and refusing to simply make it right by letting me return the product without fining me). Watch out!!

This is by far the worst service I've ever received for a product that I purchased that is still under warranty. I purchased the Rockpals 53QT refrigerator and initially was so happy with it. I have the power station and solar panel as well and the setup worked beautifully - two times!!! On the third time, the unit powers off immediately after turning on. Contacted support as it has a 2 year warranty - I'm 10 months in. They wasted my time asking me to make videos that they never responded to. Completely stopped responding to emails. I think a class action should be in the works, just let me know. I'm getting rid of the other products that I own by this company and they'll never see another one of my $$$!

Rockpals does not honor their warranties.

When you have issues, Rockpals will ignore/ghost you, delete and block you on Faceplant, if they communicate at all it will be random, arbitrary, lacking resolve. Rockpal’s will make excuses, renege, try to resolve with petty/token solutions. ANYTHING but be accountable, because that will cost them $.

Rockpals Is constantly making minor cosmetic changes, discontinuing then re-issuing very similar products to escape negative product reviews on Lamezon and Google. As well, at times Rockpals will severely degrade features and utility, on new products, making their utility substandard.

Looking for horrible/frustrating support; Rockpals is your choice!

They sent wrong part and won't respond. Poor customer service. Update: They called and took care of it to my satisfaction. Changed to 5 stars.

Terrible company. Defective product was returned per their instructions, then was ghosted. No return emails or phone calls. No refund issued. Stay away from this company.

Ordered and paid for 2 solar panels from their website. Order arrived by UPS containing only 1 solar panel. Emailed company several times indicating that only one panel was sent and to please get in touch. Five days and still NO RESPONSE from Rockpals.

Love their products. I bought a power station first. And after 2 months, I planed an RV trip. So I bought a 100w solar panel. They both work well. And now, I'm using it to charge my phone and tablet. Love them.

Definitely recommend this company and their products. Super good customer service loyalty and warranty support.

The Portable Power Station is great and I would highly recommend it.
