Constant delays and missed deadlines of a product that was expected to ship 6 months ago only to discover that production for the product still has yet to even begin. Such a scam of a company. The only upside is that they gave me a refund upon request.

Absolutely awful experience with these guys, I ordered the Croc Remastered game in February 2025, and they kept emailing constantly stating they were delaying the game because it wasnt ready yet, so in September 2025 I finally gave up and requested a refund, but they said my order is too old now so they cant refund me unless they do a wire transfer. Wtf?? They had the audacity to say tell me that they didnt understand why they have to do a wire transfer after I kept asking them questions, they are unbelievable...

Rock IT had the IT support contract with my company from 2014 until 2025. Initially we were very happy with their service and costs , however since COVID their service and quality of support drastically reduced and they seemed to cost any replacement or fix of hardware to excess. Each year they wanted to add new costs and the support became very disjointed , you could either get a very good engineer or very bad one. So we decided to give notice and as the time got closer to the end date it got very interesting as they said we had not given notice on items which were on a rolling contract. Looking at the small print they were correct but this was never pointed out to us when signing the contract and also when we gave notice. It ended up being a very stressful time for my manager and we ended up paying a lot of money to get out of the contract. Lesson learnt and for anyone thinking of going with Rock IT , READ THE SMALL PRINT.
Rock IT is highly professional and supportive
Rock IT was our IT support company for 3.5 years. They helped us through an office move, with our IT infrastructure, with dual backup and cloud migration, whilst offering competitive prices. They also advised us on cyber security, sending regular updates to share with staff. We have had a few issues during the pandemic as we purchased refurbished equipment without always registering them as asset, we also have staff based in the US, despite all this Rock IT has always tried to support us.
When the needs of the organisation changed and we decided to serve notice, the process was a little painful at first. However, Rock remained highly professional, particularly Rob, the CEO, and supported the transition to make it a smooth and successful process.
I am grateful for theIr support during all those years and I will honestly consider going back to them in the future.

All I can say is my prayers have been answered!!! Wow!!! I no longer need to stand at my babies side to rock her pram as this little magic machine does it for me. It also has a little dial where you can adjust whether you want a fast or slow pace rock, I find my little one settles best and is content with the slower spec. I also find battery life is amazing, I’ve used it many times and had it on for maybe 45 minutes at a time and had no issues with needing to change battery! Mums if you have a high maintenance baby like myself and wants to always be on the go in their prams, this is the answer it gives them a feeling of movement always. Mums and dads... your welcome!!!

I am always really satisfied with the Service Team staff and have never had a bad experience in the 4 years we have used Rock. I find their staff very proactive and responsive but from our staff and volunteers the thing I hear the most is about the personal relationships that have been formed. Right from the start it’s been the interactions with the employees at Rock that has made the difference. One example very recently was during a weekend where an engineer came out to one of our directors houses in his own time to help fix her personal internet. He did this because the call was assigned to late Friday before leaving for the day. We thought this was fantastic, my director was amazed but there have been lots of similar examples. I have recommended Rock to other practices who have all said the same, they are a very special find.

Very pushy calls in from sales staff to our office. We have IT provision, you know this, yet you still try to weedle a way to speak to the MD. Not appropriate and wastes time. I wouldn't use these guys for my service.
Great service
Great service, friendly staff who really know there stuff. I find their teams to be very helpful always. Most recently we had a new system installed which was delivered and installed to a very high standard. Response times are always very speedy, I don't hear a bad word about them among staff.
Excellent customer service
I have been provided an amazing experience this weekend by Rock IT support staff. Our problems are always well managed but this weekend has been perhaps the best experience I have had as nothing has been too much for them. Definitely recommend to companies looking for a quick response time and personal service. I would recommend RockIT to anyone and always do!

Rock IT very poor aftersales and projects
Rock IT have a good offering for support services but that’s where it stops!
Any after sales, project work or other services are the worst I have ever come across. Their costs are consistently bottom of the pile, they run well over time and quality is poor with no ownership. Constantly having to chase everything.
I’d think long and hard before using Rock IT!!

Once you signed the contract they give you the "normal" service which is underwhelming/unusable but they force you to pay a fee if you want to leave.

Had a very good experience with RockIT when helping us move offices and they also support the running of our IT systems very well. Andy, Simon, Craig and all the team were very helpful by eliminating what stress we had. Would recommend them when looking for an IT support and telecoms service.
Cannot thank you enough
I just wanted to say again I cannot thank you enough for your help on Thursday. We are a small charity that helps a lot of disabled people with not very much income to do that. It is business critical but not our strong point. I genuinely do not know what we would have done without RockIT last week when the issue with the IT arose.
Thanks you to all of RockIT but to Jamie, Adam, Paulo, Dale, Westley and everyone who has helped. You have been so amazing and I am so grateful. Have spoken to Brandon and a tech person is also now coming to site to help us work out how to move everything to Rock It.
