Damaged product, overpriced
The chandelier arrived in a damaged box and several of the glass drops were damaged, as well as the frame. Not what you would expect for the price.

Quality products and first class customer services
I love RSG. They have incredible designs, quality, excellent customer service and always seem to have something I need but never know it. My most recent purchase was two ceiling lights I can’t wait to put up. The only thing that lets them down is the delivery service. My order was split into two. One diver was excellent, diligent and careful the other was a menace and box was wrecked and part of my light was smashed. Not RSG fault so haven’t deducted a star just wish they would chose another courier the courier they use is going from bad to worse. RSG customer service was incredible and replaced the smashed part within a few days.
