I am overjoyed to receive such healthy beautiful plants that have obviously been packed with great care and love. Seriously. I received a dead tomato plant from another company yesterday. The difference is astonishing. I really really appreciate not only the attention to detail but the actual care and love so obviously given. Their brochure is also so beautiful I just can't wait to read it. In these days of indifference and greed, this gem of a company outshines them all.

Was left waiting for my order for some time kept emailing them they did respond but just fobbed off don’t use this company better ones out there

I’ve ordered many plants from Rocket Gardens over the last couple of years since discovering the joy of being outdoors. Disability means that visiting garden centres isn’t possible so the service they provide is invaluable.

From general advice, both online and in their catalogue, to the plants and their delivery, Rocket Gardens provide a great service.

For the first time, a delayed delivery over a very hot weekend, meant some very poorly plants arrived. They were replaced quickly and efficiently by a great customer service team

Have ordered many vegetable plants before from various on line sellers and have been disappointed....The plants I received were bigger than expected and very healthy....will definately order more! Yes like others was concerned they did not arrive earlier but on hindsight it was worth the wait as all plants were ready to be planted out...and not like some other's that were so small that even with the minimal of stress could not be removed and planted without the leaves falling off ( the ones that still looked alive!) will await the outcome but after 2 days out in not very good weather they look healthy.

I am always so very impressed with orders from Rocket Gardens and really look forward to receiving them.
They are always quality, healthy, organic plants, which are carefully packaged and have great information about care and planting in a variety of ways
The company provide a great service, lovely plants, wonderful communication and updates about orders and are a pleasure to deal with.

We have tried Sutton's, Dobies and Marshalls, historically, for our vegetable plants and plugs. Our plants arrived today in superb condition, via DPD. Timed delivery ( 2 hour gap ) They were planted out within the hour and they didn't go into " shock " unlike other supplier's plants, which have to be nurtured back to life or be consigned to the compost bin. Rocket Gardens you now have a committed customer. Just so sorry we discovered you so late in the year. Bravo on no plastic either. Love it.

what are they doing right ? just about everything in my opinion. From customer care queeries problems they sort and quickly.Products aregreat and quality of plants is great no more than you could ask for . Puts all the opposistions plants via post to shame. packaging is top class and safe and moist on arrival. 5 stars from me .

First order and im really pleased with the quality of the plug root veg box. The plants were well packaged in recyclable packaging. They were big, strong and healthy and much better than garden centre plugs. Comes with a nice growing guide for all fruit, veg flowers and herbs and a next order discount.

The veggie plugs arrived in immaculate condition. Loved the packaging and the way it was handled. Will order more of it in the near future.

Yes I eventually got a reply but using Trust pilot to contact a company is not really the way forward. Plants eventually arrived much later than advertised and very poor customer service

I am absolutely over the moon with the plug plants that I have ordered from you. They all arrived in perfect condition, they were nicely damp, so ready to plant. The quality of the plants is excellent. They were wrapped brilliantly, not one stem or leaf out of place. The booklets that came with the order were a real surprise and absolutely invaluable with the advice they provide. You will be my go to now for any plug plants that I need in future, and everything is organic. Well done Rocket Gardens, you have a customer for life xx

I am so impressed with Rocket Gardens and I am likely to order much more from this company in future. I ordered quite late in mid May, but everything that I wanted was available and was delivered to me in early June. The packaging was excellent and the plants arrived moist and looking particularly fresh and healthy. Once planted there didn’t appear to be any wilting and these healthy plugs seem to take exceptionally well to their new surroundings.

The prices are excellent value for money with Rocket Gardens and I particularly like that I can pay in instalments!

There’s so much to choose from, so much advice on the website and you can tell that a lot of love, thought and passion goes into this company.

The packaging and planting instructions were perfect.
Despite DPD not bothering to deliver (drove straight on past our house- I watched the tracker- the box well labelled "live plants let me out"- null points DPD) the plants arriving 2 days late and didn't die. Well done on the environmental packaging and great quality veg.
Now over to the slugs..

Our order was processed very quick and we received it well within time. the plants were very well packaged and protected inside with separate boxes and with what was a sturdy outer box. plants looked very healthy and strong.
However- although the delivery was so quick and efficient we were very disappointed by the courier. our parcel was thrown over our gate into the garden the box was broken and ripped and the contents were losing the soil that they were packaged in. had it not been for the excellent packaging by this company we would be be left with dead plants.
will use this company again for the quality of the plants and the great prices. lovely office staff also

I can't really review the quality because I haven't had my order. Obviously timing quite important when you have an allotment .

I emailed and Just received this pointless response that didn't give me any personal information around my order just an obvious generic response.

Wish I just gone to my local garden centre now

Ordered four items in March. Delivery attempted in May, but the DPD parcel went to Cornwall instead of Scotland and apparently stayed there. Customer services cancelled it and sent a new one - delayed by bank holiday - finally came today. Only three items. Those that arrived healthy enough. Requested £6.99 refund, which I got, so I am financially square, but I've wasted so much time on what should have been so simple.

I suggest staying away from Rocket gardens - this is the first negative review I ever gave anyone.

My £60 order was placed 17 feb. with provisional shipping 4 may. Notified apr 24 that flowers I ordered would not be available. 2 additional shifts in delivery with last shipment date yesterday - no word at all on status of ship so I canceled this morning.

I normally grow all my plant starts so thought I would try something different this year.

Rocket gardens over sells its stock and that’s the real reason of delays in shipping etc.

I now know better and suggest you think twice if you plan your garden around them.

This is the first time I am using Rocket Gardens. I like the fact that the plants come in 3s and each of them are pretty substantial plug plants. It felt like I had to wait a long time for the plants but when they arrived I was very happy with them. The delivery was delayed during a very hot spell and I was worried that they would not be any good like some of the other companies I used. But to my surprise every plant was beautifully wrapped and labelled and stayed healthy. It was remarkable. I will certainly buy from Rocket Gardens again but just need to plan ahead and order early.
