My first order experience was great (see my 5 star review), so I put in a second one. Unfortunately, after the order was completed, I saw that I could've combined the purchases to receive free shipping. As it was, I paid shipping twice, which was quite expensive.
I reached out to customer service to ask for shipping refunds, unfortunately, they refused. I sent a second email asking for shipping refund for just one order, but haven't heard back since. They did offer a small amount of gift coupons, which is appreciated; but since I have no plans for future purchases, this solution was not useful for me.
I'm disappointed in customer service; but at the end of the day, it's my own fault. I still recommend them for purchasing things; they have lots of cute items!

Just to clarify as i think we've miscommunicated here somewhere regarding our free shipping. We offer free shipping on single orders over £100 UK and £150 International. We can only combine orders when they have been placed on the same day & not yet dispatched so our customers can take advantage of our free shipping threshold, we're not able to offer this threshold on a cumulative basis once the orders have been posted.
As you orders were placed almost month apart and you were in receipt of your goods when you placed your second order we were unable to combine & pack your orders together for you to qualify for the free postage.
I hope this clears up any confusion or uncertainty, thank you again for ordering with us and for the lovely feedback you've left regarding your goods.

Taxes
The boots I chose are fantastic, absolutely no complaints there. However, it took some time for them to get to the Netherlands, and that was partly due to the extra import taxes I had to pay, which I wasn't told before. That's the downside to buying from the UK these days.

As the UK is no longer part of the EU sadly there are now taxes/customs charges for customers which we have no control over.
