What was meant to be a relaxing 40 mins…

What was meant to be a relaxing 40 mins for a blow dry & eyebrow wax - turned into 1 hour 20 mins of shambles - paid for a senior stylist & treatment done by a very lovely , apprentice - no time for my brow treatment & no one to do as all tied up in other appointments . Also personally I would want the brows done before my hair , this was all booked prior .
I contacted the salon but the response was ill mannered & poor .

I’m still awaiting a further response- the staff were friendly but time keeping , experience , end product & further negative response from the salon regarding my upset has left this a very very sorry experience .

I am more than dissatisfied & disappointed.
