I have just completed a p/ex deal involving my Harley Sportster, and a Moto Guzzi V7 Special. I can honestly say that the level of customer service throughout the "deal", was truly outstanding. Despite there being a "glitch" concerning the Harleys registration document, and it having been no fault of RobSpeed, I was reassured by Steve, that all would be sorted out satifactorily.
Communication throughout the "transaction" was second to none, and delivery date and time was precise, despite the lengthy journey involved.
I cannot thank Steve enough for all his input, and Phil for his prompt delivery/collection. I would wholeheartedly recommend RobSpeed to anyone looking for a quality bike and first rate customer service.

Recently bought a KTM 1290 gt from them. Steve and Phil were absolutely brilliant and delivered my bike to me very promptly and even took my px away with no issues. Customer service was beyond amazing. Will definitely use them again in future, very professional and I'd trust them 110% I honestly can't recommend them highly enough. Definitely worth giving them a call and putting them to the test.

Needed to sell my bike even though it is the middle of winter. Agreed a very fair price with Robspeeds, and it proved to be a very easy process with fast payment. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a new or used motorcycle, then you cannot do better than a visit to Robspeed Motorcycles of Grimsby. Literally hundreds of bikes on display, all presented in immaculate condition. Both Rob (the owner) and Steve (the salesman) are absolutely great to deal with. Approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I needed a ‘rush’ purchase on a new Yamaha Tmax Tech Max. They had it pdi’d, taxed and ready to roll in 24 hours. Very acceptable trade in figure on my BMW C400GT too.

Superb experience from start to finish, having had two bikes recently from here and dealing with Steve the salesman both times have been a pleasure. No pushy selling, no pressure and no hassle with having a test ride.

A mention also has to go to Craig in the workshop one bike had a small problem needing resolving (a fault of BMW part) who went above and beyond to not only diagnose the issue but carry out a temporary fix to ensure I could do my track day while waiting on a part from Germany to arrive. Thank you all for a great service from start to finish.

Bought a 20 he old Yamaha Fazer from Robspeed last week! A internet distance sale,so was apprehensive.
Got a fairly reasonable price trade against the Yamaha,but the deal was sweetened by free delivery!!!
Anyway ,the bike arrived on time and in a condition that I couldn't believe!!It honestly looked like a new bike!

I bought a used xsr 900 from Robspeed. Steve the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. I got s very good part exchange and the bike was prepared to a high standard and ready 4 days earlier than scheduled. And the cherry on the cake, was they had fitted a new rear tyre because they felt that the other only had a limited amount of wear left...that's going the extra mile. Fantastic service... recommended.

Well what can I say ? what a fantastic experience I have had from Robspeed motorcycles in Grimsby. I have just taken delivery of a brand new motorbike this morning, This was at a fantastic price. As a "born again biker" who hasn`t ridden for over 25 years, much less ever bought a brand new bike, Steve really looked after me talked me through the whole procedure AND had a natter about the good old days! The bike arrived this morning, not only with 6 months tax put on and Datatagged, but when I tried to fill the tank up it was already near full ! Many thanks to Steve and Robspeed for making an old (ish !) bloke very happy. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company and wish them all the best in these trying times. Having had a bad experience at my local Kawasaki dealership a friend recommended Rob Speed, Its a lot further to travel but I wont go elsewhere in future.
I had a brake problem (on my 12 month old bike) which required special parts ordering and with a 4000 Km trip planned in Europe for the following week I was considering looking for a motorcycle hire company !
Although the service team were fully booked for weeks, Rob fast tracked the parts through and rearranged his work to fit them for me in plenty of time for my trip !
I really couldnt have asked for a better service, Extremely satisfied customer, Highly recomended company !
