Customerservice is really good.
Because of X’mas and new year my package was delayed. But I did get it after new year vacation. And it’s working fine. So far so good. Customerservice is really good! Answered my email really fast even it was holiday. Hopefully I can use this robot vacuum cleaner longer.

Great customer service !
We have bought a robot vaccum cleaner (Neato) almost 2 years ago in Renthjem (part of Goshopping) and we have been very statisfied with the customer service. We have been in contact with the customer service few time for order of new filters and a battery and it has always been very reactive and nice. We have been using our robot every day in 2 years (with a long hair dog) and it has been working really great until few weeks ago when it started to do weird noises. I took some videos and sent them to the customer service. The people were really nice, very responsive. They asked me to return the defect robot and in less than one week I had a brand new robot :-)
The new robot is working very well although few times there has been the dirt bin clipsing out when the robot is bumping into a chair. I will see and might contact them again if it continues.
So overall very satisfied.

Brilliant shopping experience
I have absolutely no complaints at all dealing with Roboteksperten. Nice simple homepage - three clicks and you have found what you were looking for. Price is right, delivery smooth. I can only give the my highest recommendations. Have been using this company twice and will be back when i need spare parts or maybe a new robot.
