Robinson's Shoes Reviews 

I purchased a pair of shoes on the 9th Dec, I then heard nothing from Robinson's until the 14th Dec when they emailed me to say that despite the item being listed as in stock on their website it was actually a discontinued product.

I requested a refund on the day (14th Dec) and was told I would receive it within a few days.

To this day (4th Jan) I am still waiting, I understand Christmas is a busy period but a refund shouldn't take this long to be processed.

Website was easy to use, the boots are great, service was fine. No bad points at all.

The delivery was very speedy and the quality of the item ordered was excellent.

You get what you pay for . It's a good product with ok quality

I was in a hurry to order the barker shoes that I bought from Robinson's Shoes .. the Company went above and beyond what I'd expect even as great service to fulfil my order. Can't thank them (or indeed praise them) enough. Fantastic.

My first experience with Robinson's Shoes was via the internet. I discovered their web site while looking for Loake Shoes and after comparing their prices with the prices of the Loake Shoe's site, I decided to give Robinson Shoes my business.

I was fortunate one of my shoes was available for shipping and I received the shoes rather quickly. I can't wait until my second pair, which were on backorder, to arrive.

I was able to communicate view email with the shoe personnel and they were very professional.

Looking forward to doing business in the future.

Son very pleased with the shoes, would definitely recommend. Only minor thing was no confirmation of despatch, though arrived in good time.

When I informed Robinson's of their mistake they acted very swiftly and promised to get me the correct ordered pair of shoes before Christmas,which I'm happy to say they did, I would have no hesitation in recommending and using them again

Ordered a pair of Loake boots for husband's Christmas present.
Found the perfect pair which I could not find in the shops at a great price.
Prompt delivery and well packaged.

My purchase was delivered quickly and every step they give me a notification to be clear what was going on with the shipping. They just didn't say anywhere that there are particular costs associated with the different countries on arrival, which means the delivery you paid was just until the destination airport. Anyway, great product! As expected!

Emailed first to ensure I was getting the right style. Came straight back with the answer.
Ordered and received quickly in excellent condition, unlike the pair of the same brand I was looking at in Debenhams which were all scuffed and £50 more expensive.

I ordered Loake boots as a Christmas gift. I found it really difficult to find a shop that stocked size 13 Loakes. Not only that but Robinsons were by far the best value and also offered free delivery! They delivered before their estimated arrival date. A very satisfied customer, who will be returning!

The shoes that I bought from Robinsons shoes in Northern Ireland were 20% cheaper that local shops excellent service and would recommend and use again .

Having ordered a pair of Loake Bedale brogue boots so close to Christmas they were out of stock. However the good people at Robinsons got onto Loake and had some made and delivered just in time! Robinsons is also very good value for money, i will definitely be buying more from them in the future, customer for life. Oh and going down a half size was an excellent idea, perfect fit. Thank you.
