I have just completed my house sale using Robinsons Sedgefield branch and have to say the entire experience from first contact upto handing over my keys has been incredibly smooth and completely stress free thanks to Ryan, Sharon and Danni who have all been absolutely incredible! The Sedgefield team are a shining example to all other estate agents on how to be friendly, approachable and professional at all times! I would not hesitate to recommend everyone I know to use this agency!

From the valuation with Michael through to the sales progression with Karen, Michelle and Chelsea and finally completion the service was fast, efficient and super friendly. Sold two properties through other agents in the area at £160k and £80k. The values at Durham office valued them at £110-115k and ££50-55k respectively. Deliberate undervaluing I believe. Ensure you get valuations from other Agents if you're thinking of using Robinsons as they undervalue properties compared to other local agents - you'd wonder why???

Robinsons in Bishop Auckland were fantastic to work with throughout the sale of our property. Lynn valued the property and was great to work with throughout.

The viewings were really efficient and booked in with no hassle at all by Jamie-Lee & Allyson and the entire process was very smooth. Never had an issue at all getting in contact with any member of the Robinsons' team, even with some of our ridiculous enquiries.

Michael, Michelle, Chelsea and Karen at the Chester-le-Street branch were a pleasure to deal with from the minute I first rang to put the house on the market. After a shockingly poor experience with another Estate Agent, I decided to contact Michael and give the Robinsons Team a try. Michael came straight out and within a week I had a pristine ad on the website, with absolutely fantastic images and a cracking write-up. I couldn't have asked for more. And the proof in the pudding - within a couple of weeks I'd secured a sale, and that was after 3 months with the previous agent. Fantastic.
