Beautifully packaged .and super fast delivery as promised.I am absolutely over the moon ,with my TrollBead fantasy dancing fairy. Its so unique.thank you so much.I would highly reccommend this Jewellers.

It really was a Good Friday! I made an appointment to take my mum to register her interest in a Rolex. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My dad came along also to register his interest in his next watch . We were given glasses of champagne whilst mum and dad tried on their next dream watches. I had registered my interest on the lady datejust 31 mother of pearl face with diamonds last year. Dan brings out the watch to try on and I realise it is the exact watch I had been registered for. When I had it on my parents turned around and said you best keep it on as it is yours! What a massive suprise! Thank you to Dan for helping my parents execute the most amazing suprise and for adjusting the size of my original Rolex so my mum can wear it whilst she waits for her next watch to become available. A day I won’t forget for a long time. Thank you!

Got a great deal on the website for a Trollbeads gold charm, and used click and collect to get the item delivered to the Ipswich store. It was dispatched quickly, with excellent customer service from the point of purchase to collection at the store. The charm is perfect.

I visited Robert Gatward Ipswich on 01/02/2025 for a pre arranged meeting with Archie Nicoll.
We had been communicating on telephone and via email prior to my appointment.
On my arrival I was greeted by a very polite young lady who asked if I was just popping in browse or if I had an appointment. I told her that I had an appointment and she then kindly escorted me through to the Rolex showroom where she asked me if I would like a drink and and offered me a seat while she informed Archie of my arrival. Within a few minutes Archie joined me to discuss my requirements and to register my interest in purchasing a new Rolex watch.
The whole experience was a delight.
The showroom was exceptionally well presented and a credit to the Rolex Brand.
Archies' knowledge and professionalism was very impressive indeed. He kindly showed me three Rolex models which were in stock and explained, and demonstrated, the functions and settings etc of the Rolex Sky-Dweller to me, which is an art on its own. I have no doubt he can solve a Rubik's Cube in under a minute, with his eyes closed!
I had previously dealt with another Rolex AD, who were most unhelpful to say the least.
Robert Gatward however provided me with the friendly, personal and professional service expected from an Authorised Rolex Dealer.
After our meeting I visited the other Robert Gatward showroom (just across the street) to see if they could help in repairing my wife's Links of London bracelet. The staff were extremely helpful and polite and were delighted to offer a re-string service for a very reasonable price.

Warranty card arrived shortly after, as promised on paperwork in original shipment, and was correctly activated and easy to add to my Longines account.

After calling and attempting to order a replacement pin for my watch strap, the same pin that was replaced last year by Robert Gatward, I was met with dismissal, arrogance and plain rudeness. Horrible people, avoid at all costs.

I couldn't recommend Robert Gatward jewellers enough. From purchase to delivery was excellent. They emailed me to keep me up to date on my order. The watch arrived when the said it would, was very well packed. No damage could possibly happen to the watch. There was a lovely touch of some sweets hidden in the packaging. We visited Robert Gatward Jewellers in Windsor on 20th June 2024 and were blown away by an exceptional customer experience from Dan Lett.
The points that set this aside from other jewellers was the utterly genuine and extremely warm welcome that made both my wife and I feel very comfortable.
Also the wealth of knowledge and expertise on show from Dan and the team was a pleasure to see.
We have visited many jewellers over our life time but nothing has ever come close to this experience.
Everything was perfect from start to finish and I so look forward to my next visit to Dan and the team at Robert Gatward Jewellers in Windsor.
