I am absolutely delighted with my purchase of 2 sets of chairs a table . The chairs and table look great I have one set inside the side garden and a set in my back garden and the look great even my neighbours have commented on how nice they are . The young man who delivered my chairs was very helpful and placed my chairs where I wanted them . I recieved plastic cover for one set of chairs which is great for covering in winter time but not for the other set that is my only problem it's not realy a problem iwill get intouch with Robert Dyes and sure it will be sorted out .The service I have recieved is 10 out of 10 from start to finish .

FAST DELIVERY STRAIGHTFORWARD WEBSITE AND NO ISSUES AT ALL

The Enfield store is very well stocked with a wide range of products. The assistants are always cheerful and very helpful. I shop here whenever I can in preference to online. I like to actually see the products before I decide to buy and I can take them home immediately. If I know what I want, I can check store stock online to avoid a wasted visit. I can also click & collect online products not stocked in store. And of course, I can look at the products in store for inspiration.

Good service with delivery and very well packaged. Item in excellent condition and a brilliant price. Will certainly order from Robert Dyas again.

This was an Online order placed on a Saturday night for a Toaster ( when the old one stopped working !) because you showed it in stock Monday we get an email it’s out of stock and will be available ‘soon’ then we get another email saying it will be 4 working days
At no point did you offer click and collect from another store , an alternative product , or a refund ! It finally arrived at the store on Thursday after chasing Customer Services Only to find when we arrived at the store they already had one boxed and available on the shelf . Get your act together Robert Dyas !

Easy ordering and delivery was very quick. Quality of bed frame and mattress was very good, really pleased.

I was able to find what I wanted and buy it without queuing at the till.

The things I ordered were delivered promptly .
I was surprised that the garden furniture came as a self assembly kit!! I don't remember reading it would be such, maybe I had a senior moment! Now I'll have to wait for someone suitable to put it all together for me.

I place an order on line and it was ready for collection within minutes.

The staff are so helpful and polite. I never feel stupid asking a “silly” question!

The courier Evri is useless. My parcel was in my local depot at 02.22 the day before it was due to be delivered. It was not delivered on the target day and 2 days later it is still sitting in the depot. Evri's recruitment info says that their couriers can deliver when they feel like it. This company is not going to last.

Update: Good response from Robert Dyas...my issue was with their chosen courier Evri who evidently don't have enough couriers to cover the local areas....it's a complete lottery if your Evri parcels are delivered or just languish in your local depot.

Not so much choice now as Rymans part of shop. But friendly helpful staff.

Great service and product very pleased

The sunbed was delivered on time, well packaged. I am very happy with it, and especially love the small side flap which makes a tiny table. Ingenious!

I have not received my order. The delivery company marked it as delivered but it is not. On the app there is no proof of delivery, ie a photo

The item I received differs from the one on the website in colour. There is no water-resistant coating or anything on the wood. It is fragile. However, it is a reasonable price for what I got.

I always get exactly what I need from Robert Dyers. Very reliable, fair price and never disappointed.
