My latest has been a battery that failed under warranty, very easy process to get them to come out and replace the device, and given the option to upgrade to a better battery.

My car suffered a damaged tyre which needed urgent attention due to my wife's severe disability. I telephoned on Thursday; The next day a fitter arrived, changed the tyre, balanced the wheel and left in 20 minutes. Truly excellent service. Highly recommended.
