This programme really looks into how to manage your health and fitness alongside all life events, like when times are really busy stressful at work, or holidays and meals out/ life events or just like when you feel you don't want to do this anymore. The way it has been created avoids that yo-yo effect. Being someone who has always gone to food as a comfort and something that makes me happy (full disclosure I am a chocoholic), I have come to learn that I don't really need these, but more importantly how and when can you incorporate certain things. At the start I didn't really believe that training at home 45 mins 3 times would get me stronger, but it is amazing how you get a completely tailored programme where you can actually achieve the exercises and without realising become stronger. It is a year long programme and I am only 4 months in but already wondering how I would do without my app and coach as it has become an integral part of life and something I look forward to rather than a burden. I was very reluctant to commit to a year as thought it may be a waste of money if I didn't like it, but as it is tailored to every individual it is adjusted so that it suits you so there is no way that you won't see results or won't like it.
I've got a lot out of my time with RNT - it's a holistically designed programme which gradually equips you with the knowledge, skills and habits to transform your health and life without overwhelming you. I've built more muscle tone and definition, developed better nutritional habits and feel stronger, fitter and healthier than I've done in years. The minimum 12 month timeframe with the constant accountability of an online coach was key in developing and embedding many of the learnings and habits. My coach, Abi, was fantastic - he pushed and encouraged me throughout and was always happy to expand on reasons for doing certain things or to answer any questions I raised. Would definitely recommend to others!
When I started a lot of emphasis was given on discovering my why. it took me a while but this all had a meaning. 13 weeks into the program, I am in the best shape of my life till date. I was sceptical initially but with the help of my coach, one day and one week at a time the results started coming in. Oli (my coach) is a true accountability coach. He has corrected my form, provided systems which help me stay on course and asked all the right questions which make think again and again why did I start on this journey. Obviously physically I look a lot better, have lost 12 kgs already. I feel lighter and am the strongest I have ever been. But always one step at a time. There will be setbacks where you will strain some muscle but the journey is still on. This is a lifestyle redesign which will help a lot of people.
I signed up for RNT fitness around 4 months ago when I reached a point that I told myself - something has got to change. I have been part of the program for 14 weeks, since the start of the year. I appreciate the structure they have to ensure that you're thinking about all the elements of your health - sleep, water intake, exercise (both strength and cardio in the right balance), and of course, nutrition. All of these impact your weight, and checking in daily about them does provide accountability. You get personalized coaching with feedback on form of exercise and encouragement through weekly check-ins and responsiveness to questions. Different coaches have different styles, so it's important on the intake interview to share what personalities or type of feedback that works best for you, so that they can hopefully match you with the person who's the right fit (e.g. direct feedback is effective for you vs. want more of a softer, encouraging tone that is still constructive). I'm happy to share that through the structured program, I have lost 10% of my body weight so far! While it's definitely an investment, it's an investment in yourself. You've got one body and one life - treat it as such! Grateful for the program and what's to come.
I lost 10 lbs so far in 20 days eating more food than I ever have. Originally I’d eat only 2 meals a day and would be hungry most of the time. I now have 3-4 meals and feel good after eating. The support is helpful and it’s nice you don’t need to think or guess. It’s just a matter of executing. If you follow the plan everything to a tee you’ll see results! Also it is an investment but the amount I’ve saved in not dining out is also a game changer. I find myself having more time for myself as I prep meals for a couple of days and it’s just been nice to grab and go and not having to think of what I’m eating and is it nutritious. Abi is also a fantastic coach that is there to help and guide every step of the way!

I joined RNT last year wanting to get stronger and understand why my weight kept fluctuating. When I learned my target weight was almost 20 lbs, I didn't believe it could be achieved. But that’s what happened once I actually committed to the process.
It wasn’t easy. For a while, I wasn’t holding myself accountable or fully following my coach’s guidance. RNT gives you a very clear roadmap—nutrition, structure, expectations—but it’s on you to execute. My coach was direct when needed, which helped me realize where I was getting in my own way. I almost quit, but he stayed consistent, kept pushing me, and adjusted things as needed.
What RNT does really well is provide a structured, sustainable approach to losing fat while building muscle. The program is virtual, but the live calls help you feel connected to the team.
If I had one ask, it would be more one-on-one guidance on the exercise side as you progress. That said, I signed up for another year because the results—and what I’ve learned—make it clear this takes more than just one year.
I worked with Abi for around a year and overall had a really positive experience.
What stood out most was the level of accountability and structure he brings. He’s very clear on what needs to be done and why, and he doesn’t sugarcoat things, which I personally found helpful. When I was consistent and followed the plan properly, I saw strong progress, which shows the process works.
One of the biggest takeaways for me was learning the importance of routine and consistency. Abi helped me understand how small lapses in structure can quickly impact results, and that’s something I’ll carry forward long term.
Communication was always clear and he was responsive when needed. His feedback during check-ins was honest, direct and actionable, which helped keep me on track.
Overall, I’d recommend Abi to anyone who is serious about making progress and is ready to be held accountable.
I started the RNT program in July and have lost about 35 lbs since then, which still feels incredible to say. The journey wasn’t always easy, but my coach Chloe has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She has been patient, kind, and incredibly supportive, while also pushing me when I needed it — especially with my workouts and staying consistent with my nutrition.
Beyond the weight loss, this journey has helped me build confidence, discipline, and a healthier relationship with food and training, which has been just as valuable as the physical transformation.
Her guidance, encouragement, and accountability made all the difference, and I truly don’t think I could have achieved these results without her. I’m so grateful for the support and everything I’ve learned along the way.
I’m now moving into the consolidation phase, and I’m excited to continue building muscle in the next stages and become the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my family and kids.

It has been a long but rewarding journey for me with RNT. My coach helped me navigate through my demanding work and home schedule. I received coaching, nutrition guidance, and training. Shwetha, my coach, along with other coaches that helped while she was on leave, took away thinking out of the process and gave me plans that I could work with and follow.
It is a journey and I have achieved my first milestone by loosing 40lbs while maintaining my muscle mass and getting stronger. I plan to continue to work with them in the next phase now focusing on building my muscle mass.

I started working with Shwetha in October and she understands my culture and busy and social lifestyle while giving me advice on realistic changes. Even when I don’t always hit the mark perfectly , she does not make me feel bad about it but rather give me advice on what to change the next week. My form in my weight lifting has gotten so much better and I am pushing myself more than ever for progressive overload training. Overall, I have learned that nutrition was reallly the thing holding me back and have lost almost 20 pounds in 4 months which is more progress than I have ever made before.

I started the programme for the 'Christmas cut' and I have been very pleased with the support and engagement with my coach and the RNT team.
Chloe has been instrumental in supporting my transformation goals. Helping me nail my vegatarian nutritional plan and keeping me on track with all my strength training and cardio.
I have been amazed by the science involved. Its easy to say, you know this all, but every bit of information and guidance received has helped me over the last 13 weeks. Pleased to have reduced weight by 11kg in 12 weeks and still powering on to reach goals. Shredding for fat loss can be challenging, but remaining motivated and having eyes on the goal is key and this is where RNT can help.
I have always enjoyed gym training, but felt like I was going around in cycles and couldn't see the results I wanted. Over the last 13 weeks, pleased to see results physically and mentally.
The team and programme focus on keeping you on track by checking in and discussing all factors including mood, sleep and satiety, this is all important in ensuring you can progress and keep going. For me it's not just about losing weight, but seeing the result as I shred and also about how it's making me feel with my personal family and work life. My wife has been absolutely instrumental as well in supporting with my meals and training. She also helped with my very own photo shoot. I feel stronger and the photos show me how much I have progressed with shredding and muscle build.

During the Christmas Cut Challenge, I was provided with a plan that was realistic with my lifestyle which set RNT Fitness apart. With help from the team, I was able to lose weight and I am looking forward to continuing.
Part 2 as promised:
My whole experience changed significantly when Lewis took over my coaching and I raised my concerns with the management team. Lewis listened to me, believed me, and took into account my thyroid condition, recognising that the calories I had been given were simply too high. He strongly encouraged me to join a gym after repeated failures with home workouts, and he created meal plans that included foods I genuinely enjoy.
When I began to feel burnt out, he adjusted my nutrition accordingly rather than pushing blindly forward.
From that point on, the programme finally started to work. Over the last six months I have lost 10kg, and at just 160cm tall, this has made a huge difference to how I look and feel. Lewis made sensible, realistic suggestions around Christmas, eating out, and social situations, and most importantly, he taught me how to eat rather than just what to eat. I now understand calories, macros, and especially the importance of protein, and feel confident making good choices when grocery shopping or eating at restaurants.
I am incredibly grateful to Lewis and would wholeheartedly recommend him as a coach, he totally changed my view of myself as it started to work. Beyond being knowledgeable and supportive, he’s also just a genuinely nice person.
Lewis - A great coach and very personable. Kept me on track throughout the course of the programme and kept me honest but mostly challenged me when I felt it was 'ok' to go off-piste. Programme has been put together to not only achieve your goals, but to 'sustain' which is the missing piece, in my opinion!
Being a complete novice in the gym, I didn’t have the confidence or knowledge to take the initial steps towards changing my lifestyle and implementing healthy habits.

The app is fantastic as it provides me with my tailored training regime, nutrition plan, a space to log my metrics to share with my coach, and a library of fantastic articles, videos and podcasts (neatly categorised in to training, nutrition, mindset, recipes, guides, podcasts and blogs) to empower me with the knowledge and understanding to sustain a healthy lifestyle. I not only know what to do, but why, and that is so important.
That is perhaps what sets RNT apart from so many programmes, it is about empowering you to be the best version of yourself, to which I can fully testify.
The RNT community is second to none with amazing support on hand at all hours from knowledgeable and generous coaches and peers - the sense of community and support structure makes all the difference even if things do become challenging. Being able to engage with peers who started their journey at the same time as me has been fantastic.
Making big lifestyle changes is not easy and I would not want to do it with anyone else.
You do not need to have any knowledge or background in fitness or gym work - RNT has held my hand all the way through and I only wish I’d found this sooner. I would recommend RNT without hesitation to everyone no matter your health, age or lifestyle - it’s the best thing you’ll ever do.
