RJ gas installed a new boiler for me and I can’t recommend them enough! I moved into my first flat this spring and although the boiler had a indate safety certificate service it was making some funny noises and was on its last legs after 17yrs! I shopped around and rj gas where not only the cheapest but they where the only ones that weren’t really pushy with their selling. In fact i called them back when another company tried to scare me into having the replacement done the next day by saying that the boiler was about to explode and was really dangerous. They sent an engineer round that day who checked everything for free and told me that there was no danger and no rush to replace it. Today when they came they arrived on time and were, quiet, tidy, polite, friendly and quick. I will definitely use them in the future

We needed to have our boiler replaced in October 2017.

The initial inspection took place late on Friday afternoon and the actual installation took place the following Monday afternoon, which was excellent given the intervening weekend.

Everything happened at exactly the times we were given and the engineers were polite, friendly and efficient. The installation was completed quickly and with a minimum of mess, which was in any case cleared up by the engineers.

We were happy with the price, and the firm registered the boiler for us, which means we have a seven year manufacturer's guarantee rather than the five years we would have had if we'd registered it ourselves.

We have no hesitation in awarding the firm five stars.

When our boiler packed in, they sent someone round to assess and quote within a couple of hours and had our old system out and a new combo in by the end of the week. The service provided was friendly, efficient and professional. Importantly, the cost was competitive as I had obtained quotes from other local companies and national providers. Would use again in the future.

This is one really impressive outfit. Our team was comprised of Lee, Jack and Matt - they knew what they were doing, everything they needed was sorted - no running off to get this or that or people disappearing for an hour or two to get equipment or material -all discussions between them were held quietly and to the point - they were quick, efficient, polite, cheerful and friendly. They had a real mess to sort out but there was never any doubt they were set to achieve the best result. You could get three quotes or you could save time and effort and go with RJ Gas. Super company.
