The whole process was simple and they were not pushy in any way - none of this "I'll phone my boss and see what deal we can do". They came, they listened to what we wanted, they measured up and then left, sending us a quote the next day.
They came when they said they would and they were clean and tidy doing the installation (An internal French Door to our entrance porch). A super job.
We used Ripton to replace the old double glazing a couple of years ago and they were totally great then. Good to see they are not resting on their Laurels.

Two attempts in past two years to fix a leaky conservatory roof. Very long delays, needing to chase constantly, request getting lost, phone calls supposedly made (but no messages left). When work was finally done in April 2024 (reported in February), the leak started again late in the year (reported 1st Dec), then fixed permanently (we were told) in mid-April 2025. Leaking again. Reported 25 Oct. Contacted Richard Brennan 24 Nov. No response from either. Contacted a different company, having given up on Riptons, roof inspected within two days and roof repaired within the week. What has gone wrong at Riptons? Several years ago, when we had new windows and doors installed, we encountered no problems in communication or workmanship. Very sad.

Had two small replacement windows installed in my front porch, excellent job throughout. Quote was £200 cheaper than another company, easy to go to the premises and choose the glass I wanted from samples shown. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, all appointments met on time. The installer did an excellent job, very respectful of my property, left everything very clean and tidy, very professional looking job. I am very pleased and would recommend this local company. I would definitely use again.

Had replacement windows fitted. We were very pleased with the service right from the initial visit by Matthew through to the installation. Particular mention must go to Dean who worked hard, tidily and paid attention to detail. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I have just had nine windows and front door and panel installed and I am delighted with the finished result. The process from sales through to installation went very smoothly. Matthew talked me through my options with clarity and Dean and Dean carried out the installation with a high degree of competency. They were friendly, polite and left everything clean and tidy. I like to deal with local companies and have no hesitation recommending Ripton Windows.

Dean and Cos have been with us for three days, changing 14 windows. They have done a marvellous job, clean, considerate and very friendly. There is a tiny amount of making good… that was not their fault it was poorly plastered prior to them carrying out their work.
They are happy to explain their process at the start of the job and will accommodate any changes in order of the work completed. They have an excellent Customer Service attitude which comes through the whole Company.
I had Lee here just before Christmas changing some internal glass units and he was an excellent ambassador for the Company, it’s great to support local family firms especially when they provide exactly what you need.

Ripton have done a great job or replacing our old conservatory. The initial visits reassured us that everything could be done quickly and easily and in good time for Christmas. The fitter who did the job was brilliant. Turned up on time every day and worked very hard to get everything finished in the time line promised. We're delighted with the finish and quality of the work done and look forward to spending more time in there to enjoy our garden

Fitters Dean and Dean did a great job fitting my new front door. Quick and efficient and even replaced a small piece of brickwork that had previously been botched by an inexperienced DIY'er!

When the day came for the fitting of the door, the fitter was calm and efficient and I had total confidence in him. Another great experience with Ripton Windows. This is the second time we have used them (and multiple times throughout the family) and have always received exceptional service from quote to installation. A great example of how service should be done!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Steve was one of four to quote for our windows and I warmed to him immediately. I had decided to go for Ripton’s even before the prices were back, and they turned out to be the cheapest too! Had my windows fitted today and what a fantastic install. Pleasant, polite, clean and tidy, and quick. Dean did an outstanding job, and the quality of the work and product could not be faulted. No hesitation whatsoever recommending Ripton Windows to anyone.

Mathew gave us a high spec solution to our house with both double and triple glazing options for the patio door. It was a pleasure learning from him; I deducted one star as the T&Cs were far too small to easily read; it would be better if they were separately printed on two sides of A4 or preferably, placed on the web site.

Ripton fitted new windows and doors recently at our property and we were delighted with their service. Matthew spent a great deal of time with us to ensure we ordered exactly what we wanted and was always available should we have any queries. The quality of the product is very good and the fitters were on time, very courteous and completed the work very quickly, leaving everything tidy once they had finished. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ripton Windows.

Very poor installation. Lots of problems. Didn't install what they contracted.
