I recently completed my CPC Transport Manager qualification with Ridgeway Training, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team were supportive, professional, and made the whole training process really enjoyable.

Gail, the trainer, was fantastic — knowledgeable, approachable, and always happy to answer questions and explain things clearly. I felt well supported throughout and would highly recommend Ridgeway Training to anyone looking to complete their CPC TM qualification.

I have just passed my PCV transport manager exam (first time) thanks to Ridgeway. From start to finish, the course guided me through the case notes to help build my knowledge and in turn pass the exam! The whole team were fantastic and responded promptly to any questions or concerns I had. In particular, I would like to thank Chris, Ann and of course my instructor Mick!

I attended the Transport Manager course Ridgeway Training centre, in November with the exam in December (2025).
Before the course began all the relevant course work was received in good time. I was contacted to ensure that I had received it and the joining instructions were clear and concise.
The course itself was excellent with the tutor very knowledgeable and ensured we understood the content. When it came to getting our results ALL of our group passed both papers, thanks to the tutor.
We had suitable amounts of homework which was reviewed the following morning.
The only small issue was that we spent a whole lot of time on scheduling and costings which we were told would definitely be in the exam, when we came to the case study they weren't!! But understand normally there is and they are the high value questions! Which is why we spent time on these sections.
I also feel that we could have had an extra day's revision and not have a week's break between the end of the main course and the revision days, think that it would remain fresh in the mind.
Having said that I enjoyed the whole course.

My experience with Ridgeway Training has been exceptional from start to finish. The entire process was structured, supportive, and clearly designed to help learners succeed, whatever their starting point. What truly set the journey apart, though, was the guidance, encouragement, and support I received from Chris and Ann — especially when an out‑of‑the‑ordinary situation arose. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference.
I would thoroughly recommend Ridgeway Training to anyone looking to gain a qualification in the courses they offer and to further develop their career prospects.

Just completed a two day refresher CPC with Gail taking the course, and what a credit to the industry she is. Great location, parking and lunch was all a bonus. Also thanks to Ann keeping it all going freely.

I recently attended a CPC Transport Manager’s course through my work, initially to gain a better understanding of the CPC requirements for lorries.
What I didn’t realise was just how much work, detail, and responsibility goes into running lorries and meeting the legal requirements!

The training itself was absolutely fantastic. Although there was a lot of information to take in and plenty of revision, the course was delivered brilliantly. A big shout-out to Dave, who is clearly an expert in his field.

I’m now excited to see what opportunities this qualification can open up in the future.

The course materials arrived promptly, and their dedicated app made studying so much easier and more structured. I have just recently completed a Transport Managers course online with Ridgeway Training and found everything from start to finish a brilliant experience! The course notes were sent to my house the next day and their transport manager app really helped with the learning, I want to thank everyone at Ridgeway for support and guidance throughout. The course was well organised; admin was supportive and personable. The environment was very comfortable, and at the same time it had a professional feel. My 5-star rating is particularly due to the quality of the training, and more specifically, the trainer. He was brilliant in knowledge, personality, and people skills. Despite having absolutely no background in transport, and this being the first exam of this magnitude that I took since leaving school 25 years ago, I passed it the first time. Many thanks to our trainer and Ridgeway in general. I highly recommend Ridgeway!

I have recently done a Transport Managers Course with Ridgeway Training and found the course to be very enjoyable, informative, supportive and would definitely highly recommend them to anyone else looking for this kind of course.

This is a great training centre - Chris and his team are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! 100% recommend!!

From start to finish I couldn't believe how much i learnt in the two and bit weeks of training. Chris was very helpful as well as other members of the group who all helped me when I had questions or could not understand workings out, (maths not my best subject). I felt at ease and this helped with the studying and the professional mannerism of Chris and his vast knowledge on each subject.
